Omg great team, great work. My dogs love it. Made my home look great too. Maria was amazing at putting my ideas into reality. Office staff was always very nice and professional too. Romero and his crew were very professional and kept working until they got it done. I even asked them a few times about their break they just kept working. Even when done they walked around it several times to make sure it was perfect. They cleaned up all debris and evened out dirt. They took the time after to show me how to secure the gates. Honestly did not think a chain link fence would look that great but they did it. Dogs play outside with freedom I have to call them back in. Also while installing they offered suggestions about placement due to trees in the way they made it all work. Very nice team. They work well together and communication was great. My kids love it too. I don't mind paying more for top quality products and service but this is not what they do at Reeves. Had an estimate last year for metal fencing and gates. Since we just did this at our last home, I wanted proof of the quality of the metal fencing that would be used and was told they couldn't do that...really, no samples? I was told they would include info of the manufacturer so we could look it up...okay. Also wanted a detailed estimate of materials vs labor but after waiting over 5 weeks for the quote...thought they forgot or didn't want the job...we receive a rough drawing of the site with no mention of the quality of fence, just said aluminum . No manufacturers info, no breakdown, just a large, LARGE price for X amount fencing and gates. They did note in the quote that it included removal and disposal of existing fence even though when he asked, I told him we were removing the fence ourselves and had already started. As mentioned before, we just did this at our last house but ordered the fencing online and hired installers for a fraction of their price...and it was a larger yard, lol. P.S. we dealt with other companies that had samples even though all their metal fence panels were made elsewhere. read more

Exactly what I wanted and a great crew! I asked for a design different from that commonly found for most cedar fences and had a picture to show the general idea. When the install crew of Felipe and Marcelo came we discussed it thoroughly so that they knew exactly what style I wanted, even asking about small style details I never would have thought to raise. The stick built finished fence looks as good as I hoped. The guys were pleasant to have around, cleaned up beautifully and I could not be happier with both the service and product. There were delays in getting the install started but, weather impacts aside, I certainly prefer a company that completes a job properly rather than rushes to stay on some schedule. Thanks, Reeves. Don't use this company. Their installers dug a hole in the wrong place and damaged one of the power lines coming to the house. It took a few weeks before half the power finally went out. I had to call an electrician on a weekend and pay $250 for him to say the electric company had to fix it. The electric company came out and verified that the installers, and Reeves, were at fault. We obtained a letter from the electric company stating that Reeves was at fault. After all that, Reeves is still refusing to reimburse us the $250 due to their incompetence. I am now having to take them to court. read more

Called for a repair estimate to an existing fence for a newly purchased home. They seemed hesitant to come out at all and after a brief hold they said they would only come out if I paid for an estimate charge. Very poor way to obtain new customers/business. read more

I ordered an 8ft section of fence to attach to an existing fence in Crown Point. I placed my order and paid for it on July 5th. I was told I would be called when available. Three weeks later, no call so I called. Switched around from one person to the next, I was told someone would get back to me...another week, nothing! Called again, once again no info...called again, told it would be available morning if 7/1...arrived with my father in law to pick up...sorry, machine broke down, should be available later today. Got a call, fence is available. Drove up, no one available to help...sorry, lunch time! Saw my section up against the wall and loaded into truck but noticed no rebar I was told was included but no one to talk to. Called when I got home and told rebar not included plus a long story about they should never should have taken the order since I was not a "contractor"! Really....no problem charging my credit card on July 5th when I placed the order. Asked to speak to the owner... guy gets on the phone says he is the owner ...you don't get rebar with your order.,.look at your invoice...he's right, my bad, no rebar on the order...so...I ask, why so long to get one section of fence....he says"special order ...you got it, right"? I said. "Yes, I picked it up today" he tells me, "Get Over It"....Really? Would not go back there if it were the only fence place in Indiana !!!! They installed my fence several years ago. Three panels tilted and I wanted an estimate to have them fixed. They gave me a date and time. They said I did not have to be home for the estimate. No call no show! When I called again they had no record. Poor service! read more

I found this company to be rude and unprofessional. They told me I would receive a call back about an estimate and they never called back. When I called to find out why the person I spoke to said they don't work in my area and hung up on me. read more

They never bothered to show for a scheduled appointment (not even a call). I tried to contact the owner and ended up leaving a message--no response from him either in the following week. Hard to build a loyal customer base when you treat repeat customers this way. read more

Reeves came out and did an estimate. When the person sent it me were happy with the quote and said let's do it. Then an hour later the person called back said they had made a mistake (they only quoted half a yard thinking we had a partial fence which was someone else's yard) and they quoted the wrong price. They resent the quote and it went up $2000 for one side of the fence to be added to the original quote. When I questioned why so much they gave a roundabout answer. I asked about the discount they were offering(which I was told of from the office staff when I scheduled the appointment) and they said it was a 1% discount which only took off $50. I said no thanks. I called the office the next day to get clarification about discount and asked to speak to someone else as the person who did the quote didn't know what they were doing. The office instead of having someone else call me had the original person call. I told them I wasn't happy and that they didn't want my job apparently as they wouldn't even have someone else talk to me. Horrible communication and customer service. Went with a more friendlier and competent company! read more

They came out to give me an estimate on April 7 on a fence and pergola, said they would send estimate in email, called several times they kept saying they would sent estimate, I called today April 28th, they tell me they decided it was to far to travel! Why did they not tell me from the beginning they are not interested, why did they come out to begin with instead of leading me on???? Would not recommend! read more
