After an inspection, Joe said he couldn't justify the high cost of a restoration clean for our level of "dirt". He felt it would be cheating us. They are the sweetest couple and literally had smiles on their face the whole time while working in super hot rooms! They answered every question and even gave us more information that we needed and didn't think to ask. They worked well with our insurance and helped us know what was covered and immensely made that process easier. They were very efficient and curteous. They worked around our crazy schedules and always wore shoe covers and never brought any smells or dirt in with them (they definately aren't smokers which is a huge plus for me). Their time estimations were super accurate as well. They boxed everything in our rooms up and moved it to the garage for us and constantly checked it to see how it was doing.
