George said they'd have no problem getting the backyard under control, but it was already July and that's not how weeds work - they had months to happily proliferate, and since then it's only gotten worse. I called to cancel, relaying my frustration, and they said they'd revert with a better rate. They never did, and when I followed up they quoted a HIGHER price per application. George said it was based on a recalculated treatment area, but the square footage he referenced was for my entire plot, including the footprint of my house/pool/wooded areas/etc. I pointed this out and, despite multiple follow-up emails, they never responded. Very poor customer service. They screwed up my yard and then ghosted me.

The crew showed up 15 minutes early today, and the estimator and I talked with the crew leader about specifics of the job which entailed trimming up, cleaning out unwanted growth and limbs in two 115+ year old willow oaks, and trimming up three 20' Japanese maple trees. They did exactly what we talked about, cleaned up as if they never touched my yard, and I would highly recommend them for tree services. They are by far the best tree service I've used to date. They did a fantastic job for snow/ice plowing on a private street (about 600 feet). The second I…read moresaid to schedule the service, Jose's team were here within 15 mins. Crazy fast service. And because the entire street already turned to ice they had to pre salt first to soften it. They also post salted and were sure to not block any driveways. No matter how compacted the snow/ice is, they have the machinery necessary to get it cleared. Snow turning to ice on roads is very dangerous. If the county hasn't plowed your street please call these guys ASAP. They do very good work, are very fast, and charge a fair price.
