Wendy herself was an absolute love. She made sure to check in with me frequently during my two procedures, she was polite, friendly, and just the right kind of chatty. Her technique was gentle and, while not painless because somebody is putting hot wax on your flesh and tearing out hair at the root, minimally painful. Sietske was great. My husband had a deep tissue and it was so good he fell asleep several times during his service. I wish they had more than one massage therapist on at a time bc it would have been nice for us both to get them done at the same time but it is a small place so I get it. If we're in the area we'd absolutely come back for another massage and I think I'd trust them with my hair too. I overheard some hair stylist conversation and I didn't get her name but she seemed to know what she was doing!
