I had called and made an appointment on the Friday before April break. I arrived shortly before my 2 pm appointment and was instructed to "pick a color". I did so and waited for 15 minutes prior to being seated in a pedicure chair. While I waited they continued to take people in saying "pick a color", even though they were clearly over scheduled. After waiting another 15 minutes, the water was cold, and at 2:30, a half hour after my appointment, I put my shoes back on and told them I was leaving because I needed to catch a flight. What a beautiful little nail spa! Very light and clean. Ladies were super kind when I showed up a little late to my appointment. (Yes they take reservations) My husband and I got the deluxe pedicure and my toes were painted with the perfect shade of hot pink! I always have the best experience at Cozy Nails. Lyn and Kim are awesome. If you want a really good manicure go here but expect them to take their time because they are very thorough and do all the steps correctly. If you want something quick and easy that takes shortcuts go to the place across the street. They really listen to what you want and do everything that they can to make you happy. I don't do a lot of reviews but I'm so impressed with this place I just had to share. I do recommend making an appointment since they don't over book and take every walk in and have their appointment sitting around waiting. They make their appointments a priority. I get a dip reverse French manicure and they follow every step including the clear coats in between which many other places completely skip. I was told at other salons that have reverse French wasn't even possible with dip which obviously is not true they made it happen. read more

I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. I had a very nice gentleman who did a great job, was very attentive and we spoke a lot about travel and Vietnam and food! Maybe that reviewer should try engaging the employees in conversation instead of treating them like staff. I'm so please with my mani pedi and the gel colors they have are the best around and I'm from Los Angeles so I would know! The salon is super clean and they have great pedicure chairs. Used to be great- but the constant nickel and diming and pushy pushing of the upgrade are so exhausting. Last three times I've been each time has been worse than the last. Rushed- rude- terrible service and my pedicures are waaaay lacking. ZERO foot massage - no one there cares anymore. Not going back - would NOT recommend. read more

I had a great experience at this salon. The nail technician made certain recommendations on how to care for my nails better and what kind of a polish process was the least damaging. It was quiet, relaxing and easy to get an appointment. I will definately come again! Excellent service. I did not feel like I was rushed out the door. They took the time to listen to my concerns about my nails. I have psoriatic arthritis and my nails are very thin and painful. They made the experience positive! I've had to leave other salons because they would hurt me by rushing through the visit and using the sander tool too aggressively over my nails. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. The salon is pretty but that's it. The staff was not friendly! Generally when I go to a nail salon I am tended to like any client should be. Furthermore, when I go in with a five-year-old they treat her like a princess. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. At what point did it become acceptable to be engaged and technology when helping a client? The man that painted my little friends toenails watched a television program on his phone the entire time. It was not until I asked if he always watches TV that he shut it off. He did not apologize for his behavior simply shrugged and tried to usher us out as fast as he could. I don't care if your client is at 99, 15, or three you should focus on the person sitting in your chair, I will never be back and I will never recommend anybody ever step foot in this establishment. read more

Moon Dans of Lexus Nails has done my nails for years, and she provides meticulous, high quality workmanship and artistry, creating a truly fine result. I have fairly high standards and occasionally request acrylic nails with a realistic, natural effect, and she delivers every time with kind courtesy and efficiency. I am thankful that Moon is in the area, and I do not consider going to any other nail technician. I recommend her highly and feel her prices are reasonable given her technical skill and attention to detail. (While the English skills of some of the staff are limited, that does not reflect on the quality of Moon's workmanship and professionalism.) read more

This was my first and last visit to this nail salon. I made an appointment for a spa pedicure and manicure. I was barely greeted upon arrival, had to make my own way through the mixed up selection of gel/laquer/NORMAL shades of nail color until finally I had to ask, and still received no help. The man who ended up servicing my manicure/pedicure (which ended up as less than basic) didn't say one word to me the entire session. I had to walk with bare feet to the manicure station (even though I had brought my own flip flops and I had asked him to help me put them on). Upon completion of the manicure the esthetician stood up and pointed to the drying station, didn't help me carry over my coat, purse and shoes and left. Never saw him again. Had to complete the drying, fetch my shoes etc and hail another person to pay. No service. The only reason I gave this 1 star is because the nails were done half-way decently despite the meagre attempt at defoliating my heels (which I need to go have done again so that I don't tear my hose), and there was no choice at 0 stars. Pathetic. Now I know why there were only 2 other people in there on a Friday afternoon. read more
