There was only two people working and the one who did my nails was obviously not experienced. He made almost every nail crooked did not shape them right they're very lumpy and uneven. He flooded a few of my cuticles with the nail polish as well. Once he started the design I had been there an hour, and after another 20 minutes of him trying to figure out one nail design I ended up telling him that it was fine, and I will just take the base because it was very clear that he could not figure out how to do either dots or teardrop shapes on my nails. He left red smudges on the bottom and top of some of them as well. He then charged me $70 after not getting at all what I wanted. I had to ask them to do my cuticles with the gel manicure, which I thought is normally included and then merely four days later this is the state of my nails. This is the second time I have tried this specific location. The first time. I also had a bad experience, but I figured I would give them another shot. I still tipped really well.
