I appreciate their well made and stylish clothing. I was hopeful that this location would be as nice as others I had visited, but it lacked selection and service. Every time I have been to a Polo outlet, it has been packed. This location was no different, but the layout and location of the registers made it difficult to navigate. The two registers had lines of at least 20 people and they were moving very slowly. There were also so many people perusing the racks that just trying to find a shirt was a big chore. Once I found something that I liked, I realized the wait would be too long so I gave up. The addition of more registers would have made it much more convenient. While most of the clothing in the outlet is specifically made for these types of stores, it is still of high quality. It is also 1/4 to 1/2 as expensive as the items you'll find in most department stores. I've found that there is little difference in the pants sold in outlets, but there are some styles of shirts offered here that are not offered elsewhere. Another complaint about the store was the staff. I realize they must have a high occurrence of shoplifting, but the constant leering and questioning (do you need to check out?, The line is over there?, etc.) was a bit much. I decided I wanted a closer look at a hat that was near the door so I pulled it from the shelf to try it on. As soon as I did an employee rushed over and stood between me and the door while trying to direct me to the register. I realize I look like a degenerate, but slow your roll there chief. If I want it, I'll pay for it. If you really want Polo clothing at a discount, check this place out. If you can't handle the wait, paying full retail may be a better alternative.

"Cannot continue using the application. The disc cannot be read. Make sure that the disc is not damaged or dirty." Upon further inspection of the CD it's obvious that the game is a fake. And after reading the return policy and other reviews, we already know we won't get a legit game or any help with our purchase considering they didn't help others with the same issue. We also didn't receive a receipt from the employee. I feel scammed. What a lovely birthday gift.
