Andrew arrived on time to measure my home for rain gutters and gave a quote on the spot. I asked for the quote in writing to review it with my wife. He told me he would have send jt before EOD. Nothing came. I texted him the following afternoon asking for the quote and he replied right away advising he'll send it before EOD again. Nothing came. He left us samples. He was our first estimate but we still had a few appointments to keep. I felt very confident in choosing L I Metal from the start. Estimates were within a couple hundred dollars, but that's not why I chose them. One was just in a rush to leave, brought no samples he just had pictures on his phone and tried to sell us the leaf cover which we didn't need as we have no trees close by. These guys installed gutters on my house back in July 2024. Now that the rain is here I can leave some feedback. The install process was very fast, and the 2 guys who came out were very professional. Super clean looking truck parked outside my house and like play dough they formed my gutters right then and there. Super cool. Tim's team came to our home with a very good installation team and started following Tim's installation diagram and installed our rain gutter system. Our gutter system was custom designed installed and looks like a very professional job. Of course after the work gets done there are some things that need to be adjusted for a better fit and operation. Unfortunately when you call the contractor back they usually make all kinds of excuses why they cannot come back to make the adjustments and if they do come back there is always an additional charge. We did need some adjustments. I called Gary , the company senior manager, shared our concerns about our gutter system and Gary said I will send Ruben out to take care of your concerns. I recently contracted this company to replace gutters at my property. Everything about my interactions with members of the company was great until I reported finding large nails that had been left behind, conspicuously and inconspicuously scattered on the ground beneath where the labor crew had replaced gutters. I reported to representatives of this company that I had incurred a serious injury from stepping on a nail that was left behind in my yard by the crew members who installed the gutters. The representatives dismissed the seriousness of the issue and attempted to blame the nails on construction performed by anyone else. There hasn't been any other construction here for many years and certainly none that would require the kind of nails that were used in the removal of the old gutters and installation of new ones.
