**** WARNING **** ** FRAUD ALERT ** Do not use All Handyman Service! Let me say upfront that Dennis, the handyman that showed up to complete several small house projects, was very good. He contacted me before he showed up, understood what I wanted done, completed the projects to my complete satisfaction (and delight), and was very friendly. The back office operations and employees are a nightmare. And, I might suggest, are borderline fraudsters. They attempted to fraudulently bill me for material that they did not use on any of my projects. And they attempted to way overcharge me for materials they did use. They refused over and over to provide an itemized list of materials that they were billing me for. Then they told me their Accounting department would only provide detail if I paid an "admin" fee, and that they would charge me a late payment fee if I didn't pay before they left the office for the day. After I threaten legal action, their system was miraculously able to produce a material list. More than 2/3 of the listed materials were not needed or used on my projects. Then when I asked what hardware store was used where they purchased the over priced materials, they said they had those materials in their inventory. For "privacy and business purposes" they would not disclose any detail or pricing information on the material in their inventory. Employees Stacy and Ana lied to me over and over. They attempted to commit fraud and when they were caught and questioned about it, they continued to "double down" on the fraud. I happily had already paid for all labor and was just requesting a list of the items used on my project. Ultimately, they removed all material charges from my bill although I was more than happy to pay any and all real material costs. This business is not legitimate. In my case, they attempted to commit fraud multiple times. I have documentation of all correspondence between myself and All Handyman Service should anyone want to verify the substance of this Yelp review. Extremely disappointing experience. The technician did poor-quality work--incorrect hinge cuts and shaving the door without proper measurements--which caused the doorknob to no longer align. The door was clearly unfit and would never function properly. His proposed "fix" would have caused the door to hit the floor and leave a large gap at the top. I stopped the work to avoid further damage. I refused to pay labor for an unfinished and incompetent job but was generous enough to offer to pay for the door itself, even though it was damaged by their workmanship. I was told upper management would contact me the next day. They never did. Instead, I received an invoice demanding full payment and a threat of small claims court. Originally I wasn't going to leave a review, as I'm not one that likes to speak bad on a company that has good customer service and try's to do right by their clients. So had this handyman service finish the service and I was happy with final product, until we had an installation issue with the assembly of the valve leaking and there was no responsibility for the work that was done. Started off with speaking to tech, to remove and replace shower in a Retal property as he explained hourly rates, as well as day rates. Let me know it would be two days of work. When received quote, it was a bit high, so I started to shop around, but Office brought price down, so I agreed. On morning of demolition, I got notified my my tenant that a valve was broken, and water was going everywhere. I rushed to turn off water main. The contractor stated when he was removing the valve it was broken. (Note no prior issue with valve. Not understanding why a valve broke, as this install, there was no reason to touch or remove valve. (What happened here was as the contractor was removing the valve, it shot out the hole, due to water not being turned off and broke). Water should have turned off prior, and valve should have never been touched. 2nd work came and continued to demo shower. 1st worker left to look for new valve. After demo was done, 2nd worker went to 3 stores for about two hours looking for valve, with no luck. I went and found it in 30 min. Worker 1 was having a hard time and did not know how to instal valve, so the 2nd guy installed valve and asked to turn water. Went back to property to have to rush back to turn off water as the valves were not installed correctly, and water was going everywhere. Behind the valve is a spring and ruber seal, and it was put in the wrong place. The rest of the install went well, out side of each issue, there was to be additional charges, that I was not ok with. Spoke to manager and they agreed to not charge extra for things I felt should be included. Last concern was when everything was over, the balance was more by $200 due to materials. Omg really. It seemed all about more and more money. I asked for a itemization of additional parts, because this seemed very high, and after reviewing the materials it turned out to be less then $200. With all being said, I'll leave pictures and communication and let you all make your own opinion. read more

I needed some last minute help with my bathroom remodel. I reached out via Yelp on a Tuesday afternoon, and quickly received a response from Stacey same day.
