I googled auto parts stores in the area and called the 1st one, they told me they were closing due to the weather and wouldn't wait a few minutes for me to get there. called the next one and I couldn't understand the fellow who answered the phone (he couldn't understand me either) and when I asked if I could speak with someone else I was put and left on hold... Then I called Tinker Auto Parts, they were great!! he looked to make sure he had the right part so I didn't waste my time, and then he promptly told me they had what I needed and told me how to get there from where I was. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name that helped me because he was so nice and deserves a high five! The store was busy, clearly it is a favorite auto parts store in the community. Although it was late and cold and snowy, they offered to help get the broken cap off for me. I actually had already gotten it out and had it in my pocket but I appreciated the offer! Long story, but I wanted this review to show how pleased I was with this business, and I highly recommend Tinker Auto Parts!! Thanks fellas!

I called Anthony and he tells me oh well he asked for the wrong material. I said that was the reason why I called ahead. I find that wild that you didn't let your guys in the shop know that... we are a school district and the fact that you wouldn't work with us on a return is crazy when we've spent money several times...
