I spoke to someone else and walked approximately 1 mile away! At 10 AM I called to inquire about my car. He said it was the lower control arm. I said ok. Price? He said give me a couple of hours. I said ok. At 1, no call so I drive there in my other car. I said well? He yelled at me and complained that he has lots of cars to provide estimates. I said if you don't want to fix it say it! He said give me a hour to get a price. By 4:30 I had enough. Picked up cat. A waste of a day. I went to my old repair shop that's far from my new residence he check the entire car out and said that their prognosis of repairs was totally false!!! Good luck Thank god I took my car away. Poor management and mechanical skills related to BMW It's amazing how management can hide from the reality of the truth nor apologize for the nonsense I dealt with. If nothing was wrong with my car why quote me $800 to change a part that actually is not faulty! No professionalism at this place. You guys are characters!
