Played the blame game with the installer (which was their guy, as we paid LLFlooring for installation) who blamed a bad product. Either way, had to get an attorney to get a repair. The same problem recurred repeatedly without cause resulting in band-aid repairs until they claimed the warranty had expired. Now, they are bankrupt(?) Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for flooring.

I had LL Flooring install my Durvana floor. Two years later the product showed signs of de-lamination. Court filings show that Lumber Liquidators bought LL Flooring after their bankruptcy. Meanwhile Lumber Liquidators always was the manufacturer of the Durvana product. Since the warranty is with Lumber Liquidators but it was sold through LL Flooring they will not honor their own, Lumber Liquidators warranty.

My wife and I inspected the Bluestone at the 9 Brothers Yard and they confirmed that this was the product we were purchasing. When the product arrived half the product was a totally different color and not what we ordered.The product was Cracked , chipped , stained and different sizes. What they did was take all the leftover crap they had leftover and figured we wouldn't realize. Thirty minutes after they dropped off the product , our mason inspected it and told us to send it back . We notified Scott Wolkiewicz at 9 brothers who started blaming our Mason and saying he doesn't know what he is talking about. Scott said the product is perfect and this is normal and gave me one of his masons to talk to. His mason came down and said "Return the entire order" he also said he would never accept product like this. When I told this to Scott he said I was lying even though I recorded the call with HIS ,mason. I have been chasing these crooks for over a month ( I have all the emails and pictures to prove it) 9 Brothers refunded the money MINUS a 25% restocking fee... The balls on these guys. I have been chasing Scott to get the rest refunded and he keeps making excuses and blaming his bosses and saying this takes time. I went and did a chargeback and uploaded all the documentation.
