Try to print on the self check out the machine, print it wrong one for the size I showed it to her. She says because that's your file size. I explained that at home it prints on an 8 1/2 x 11 completely. She proceed to tell me that's because you have to resize it. Chris explained my choices in detail and was very thorough. He helped me make a clear decision on what's best for my need. He promised the window tint would be done by the end of the day. He also reviewed how to take care of the tint immediately following the service work. He mentioned small bubbles are normal and will disappear the next day. Which they did. I'm really big on seeing vivid colors and I appreciate the quality work he did because now I could see beautiful colors through my windshield. I was also pleasantly surprised with how much heat the tint blocks out of the car. Especially during the summer time. They went above and beyond and vacuumed all the dog hair out of my car so that they could properly apply the tints to my windows. They didn't expect any extra compensation from me by doing that (but I did pay then for the extra time and effort), they just did it without asking as a courtesy so they could execute the tints job to perfection, which they did. I will return for a protective ceramic matte coating because of how much I trust them. I highly, highly recommend this business for all your tinting and car protection services.
