Couldn't recommend this place more. My husband and I just bought our first home and we travel a lot and my husband is a photographer so we wanted to make prints of photos he took in all the places we've been. This place was so affordable for 6 prints and the guy Tom who is maybe the owner was so nice to my husband via email and on the phone and to me when I came to pick them up and we couldn't be happier with what they produced for us and brought my husbands photos to life on these prints we can now hang in our home. Can I leave a 10 star review? I'm in a business where I use a lot of print material; regularly. Some of this requires custom design and formatting. I am not a graphic designer but try to do as much as I can. Tom, Stewart, and team are always there to help with adjustments I can't do myself, and to offer their professional insight on aesthetic appeal or certain designs and uses. Sometimes I'm in the position where I secure a contract and need print material immediately. MORE THAN ONCE Tom (owner) has met me at the shop on a Saturday morning just to make sure I got the material I needed. This morning (Saturday) he drove to meet me off site and make sure I had the material I needed... because I dumped a large order in their lap at about 4pm on a Friday. Stewart is my go-to man at the shop go setting up my work orders, design, etc. "Stewart I need you to design a 10'x4' vinyl banner. I need this information on it. This is is what I'm using it for. I don't know what colors I should use... oh yeah, and I need it today." And he GOT IT DONE!!! Amazing service here. The customer service is top notch, the quality is amazing, and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I was very disappointed in the level of customer service I received. I needed to print POS material for a sales representative's meeting (this sales rep was traveling from out of town). I spoke with Stewart Sledge over the phone. Stewart assured me over the phone he could print 100 units, 10 for the sales person to pick-up in-person for their meeting and ship the remainder of the order (90 units). Stewart instead only printed 10 units and then did not ship the remainder to the office. The transaction took place via phone. I followed up with Stewart through email and he denied the conversation taking place. I specifically remember providing Stewart with the contact information and shipping address over the phone. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. read more

Would leave zero if possible. Parked in their lot less than a minute, and that's all the time it took for one of their workers or owners to exit the store and begin harassing me as I sat in my car. I sat in my car for 45 seconds eating chips and finishing a call - then a white older male comes out of the store directly to my passenger side window (which was open) and proceeds to interrogate me and intimidate me about having parked in their empty lot. He literally put his arms in my car by the way. "And who might you be?" He asks. I say "excuse me?". I was very confused as the lot was full of open spots and he didn't know who I was because I had literally just parked. Before he even knew whether I was a customer or not he tells me to "back up your car and park somewhere else you're not welcome here". Fuckin arms flailing INSIDE my car. I don't even think that's legal. As a young woman I felt threatened by this man and the way he spoke to and threatened me about parking where I was. He ruined my mood and made me extremely uncomfortable. I would never recommend doing business with people like this. Zero respect or integrity. To think I considered working with them makes me laugh. I was able to let him know in that interaction that the way he behaved was extremely impolite, disrespectful, and intrusive. He refused giving me a legitimate apology so as he walked away I made sure to let him know I will not be doing business with them. And I could have really utilized this business and made them good money. Literally work on work. All of north county. Seriously. Y'all fucked up. Next time treat strangers with respect.
