My Son sent me flowers while I was back at home caring for my father who was end of life. I stopped to inform the shop owners as I was running a few errands (time away from my father with Hospice already present and because of his delicate condition was minimal) for my mother...with the same pictures...I presented to the owner and she suggested I GO BACK TO THE HOUSE AND RETURN THEM!! I asked her, "why, will you be needing them to reuse them?" She stated, "NO, I need to see them!" Again, I presented MANY pictures which I believe are pretty self explanatory...she was neither apologetic, sympathetic, or offered to have her delivery person pick the flowers up!! I said, "Thank you Ma'am, have a good day!"...I KNOW my son spent a great deal of money for these flowers and I certainly didn't have the heart to tell him that he wasted his money on COUNTRY CUPBOARD FLORAL FLOWERS!
