One more time, the people of the L'Occitante treated me like a queen. When we got there to redeem a gift they had for me, they offered me some spa treatments and I said yes, so the lady there started putting some creams, after exfoliating my hands and cuticle. My hands end up so soft that I bought the cream that I tried. The smell was so nice and fresh! This store is so pretty, decorated with their signature yellow and blue color. I signed up to their mailing list to get even more coupons and promotions. Thank you. Gracias

As far as I know, L'Occitane must be one of the most profitable soap/cream/fragrance companies out there. I think it is the only one to have stand alone shops in several malls, maybe only rivaling Origins and The Art of Shaving. This shop is the same as every other L'occitane shop, with the same Provence concept. The only thing that varies with L'Occitane is the location. You will find the same furniture, same displays, same graphics, and always the same good natured and helpful employees. I must say that this company offers great service, in general. I have been coming to this shop for a while since it is the closest to my house. I come here to buy solid soaps and liquid soaps primarily. I am specially fond of the Shea butter collection, and I normally rotate between Lavender, Verbena and Milk. I don't do the Honey. These soaps leave my hands very soft and hydrated, because I can't stand having dry skin or dry hands, it drives me nuts just like cuticle skin peeling (probably caused by dry skin). Call me crazy, I don't care, some people wash their hands a million times a day, some need a towel or napkin to touch door knobs, some go to church every Sunday. I also come here and get lotion for people with dry skin, which is an ailment of diabetics. If you know a diabetic, and you most likely do since 1 in 10 Americans has diabetes (e.g. if you wait in line at Starbucks, someone about to order a Mochaccino has diabetes), you will see they have extremely dry skin, and they are constantly applying lotion. The creams from L'occitane are great, according to many accounts. And that is another reason why I stop by, to buy gifts. The fragrances are OK, the men's products are good, although not my favorite. I like the collections of little soaps they have, which look artisanal. I basically just like the store and the products. Period. Now, L'Occitane is not a budget or value shop. You will drop a twenty easily, but the products are extremely good. And they smell delicious. And also, they last longer than an average bar of soap. Of course, I don't know how many people can stand the same bar of soap for more than two months, but if you think added value, maybe the life of the soap is an intrinsic bonus to you. If you want to treat yourself to some good soap (how weird), try L'Occitane. And if dry skin is a problem, try them too.

The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Jeremiah, who immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. He graciously guided us to begin our spa day with a relaxing mini foot spa while we sipped refreshing lemon-infused water. It was such a thoughtful and calming touch. I received a wonderful foot rub from Adrianna while my sister was treated by Blanca, who were also our massage therapists. Both women were incredibly kind, professional, and talented. Adrianna spoke so highly of Jeremiah, sharing how gracious and caring he is not only with guests but also with the staff. You can truly feel the positive environment and teamwork there. The spa itself was spotless, peaceful, and luxurious. We were provided with robes and access to an extremely clean and comfortable bathroom and shower area to change before and after our massages. After our treatments, my sister realized she had forgotten her bathing suit. Jeremiah and Tammy kindly gave us detailed directions to a nearby Ross and even explained how to use the trolley to get there. What impressed us even more was how safely and carefully they held onto all of our belongings while we stepped out shopping in the city. Knowing our things were secure allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the rest of our day stress-free. When we returned, they graciously allowed us to use a room to change so we could continue enjoying the day at the pool. As if the day couldn't get any sweeter, Jeremiah surprised me with a small birthday gift bag filled with spa goodies along with the sweetest birthday card -- which I still have hanging on my fridge! Tammy then escorted us to the beautiful 9th-floor pool deck and gave us a full tour, showing us where everything was located, including towels, sunscreen, and lotion. She introduced us to Alejandro and another wonderful cabana employee who quickly set us up with comfortable lounge chairs and an umbrella. We were also treated to a complimentary birthday guava mimosa, which was absolutely delicious! We ordered chicken wings, a burger, and fries, and everything was amazing. The burger was especially huge, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. By the end of the day, we felt completely relaxed, pampered, and appreciated. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special. A heartfelt thank you to Jeremiah, Tammy, Adrianna, Blanca, Alejandro, and the entire staff for creating such a memorable experience. I cannot recommend this spa and pool day highly enough. We will absolutely be back again!

Came here for a spa day for my birthday and it is really not like a spa at all! They don't even…read morehave locker space to put your items, no rooms to relax in, no steam room, no sauna, etc etc. It should not be called a SPA, it has zero amenities!!! I have been to many spas and NEVER have I been to one that doesn't even have lockers to place your items??? Not even a sauna?? Yet they charge the same price as many other spas like the Biltmore (MUCH better). So you have to get your treatments done with your items, purse, etc in your hand. For the amount you pay this is definitely NOT worth it. Lesson learned- I will not be coming back here when I can get a true spa experience just down the street at another hotel.

I love that when filling out the cards there's a prompt asking if you want a quiet experience or to have them explain the process throughout. They use a lot of the Korean skin care and products with little to no additives and fragrances. Can't wait to go back next month !!? Only think I would suggest, an A-Frame. I am incredibly impressed and shocked (in a good way) by their customer service. Sana truly goes above and beyond for their clients. They don't settle for "very good," - they want your experience to be perfect. The next time I came was flawless - the radiofrequency machine was working, I don't recall hearing any lobby or hallway chatter, and I left glowing (as always). I got a neck and Décolleté add-on which was absolutely worth it and I highly recommend. My ONLY gripe about this location is the parking, but it's easy enough to just Uber. I cannot recommend Sana enough. Huge thank you to the manager, Esti for going above and beyond. Also a big thank you to Sharon for the fantastic facial!
