Absolutely fabulous little place! I'm OBSESSED! My mother had been telling me to go for months and I never got around to it until today while visiting her. "This place has "Ashley" written all over it!" She would tell me as she described the very pink and girlie interior. "I even sipped on a little sparkling wine while I waited" she told me excitedly. Sparkling wine? Pink interior? Make me an appointment STAT! I called at around 4:45 and the very friendly receptionist told me she could fit me in for an eyebrow wax at 6:00 PM. I accepted and right away got a text with my appointment information. At first glance, this place doesn't seem it would be as glamorous as it truly is. The shopping center is small and dingy and the salon is located between a bakery and a Sherwin Williams. The minute you enter, however, you walk into a glitzy beauty bar surrounded by pink flowers, dainty seating, adorable neon phrases and crystal chandeliers. The entire staff is welcoming and kind. The girls at the reception greeted me warmly and offered coffee or water upon entering; so generous! I was quickly seated (or rather laid down) and the girl that did my eyebrows (I believe her name was Irania) came over and asked me what I was looking to have done exactly. My eyebrows are STRAIGHT with absolutely NO ARCH. This girl was AMAZING and really worked at getting me the arch I've desired but never achieved. She really took her time and gave me the attention I needed for my eyebrows to look good. She joked that all we had to do was hunt for the arch but that it was coming along. When she handed me the mirror and I saw the flapping seagull eyebrows that I so badly wanted I knew I had found my go-to place! When I went to check out, the girl at the reception remembered my name and asked if everything was to my liking. So after long thought I decided I wanted to try a lash lift because I'm not too thrilled about getting lash extensions so I opted for the more "natural" route and see how I liked it. A friend recommended me this place and it looked like such a cute place so I booked my appointment with Elle on 2/10/2023. Instant impression was there was definite lifting!! I am now going on 3 weeks and I've noticed that my right lashes are not symmetrically lifted (if that makes sense). Meaning some lashes on my right eye are bent in a way that it looks weird and no matter how much I wash and brush them, they don't align up right how they should. My left eyelashes came out so much better but looking at my right eyelashes, it really bothers me when I look at them, they're all chaotic. I feel like when the service was done, the lash tech should've been more diligent in making sure ALL individual lashes are properly placed before the chemical is placed... because if not properly prepped and brushed up, then some individual lashes will end up looking bent and out of place. It's hard to describe but I've taken pictures to show what I'm talking about. If my right eye would have came out like my left, I would've been content! I try to avoid looking at right lashes because it annoys me how they came out. Good thing is, this isn't permanent and will eventually fade away!!! I went there for a refill, to find out I would be seen by someone else because my girl went home sick. That's fine. I waited 30 mins for other girl to get there. That's fine, things happen. What bothered me the most is that I felt the girls hot breath on my face the entire time she was refilling my lashes. When she was finished I got up to tell her she should have her mask on when working on clients, to my surprise, she had it on. So she doesn't wear it while working on clients (because our eyes are closed and can't see) but puts it on when she's done so we can't say anything? Not Ok. The clinic charges an 8% service fee when you use your debit card. But don't tell you that until it's too late. They encourage cash! The next day my newly filled lashes started falling out. 1 and 1/2 weeks later, most lashes have fallen off. Its Ok. I found a new place with no extra hidden fees, they follow Covid protocol, and are closer to my home. Yay! read more

I like the work but I did notice something that slightly made me question why. Ever since I discovered this place in Instsgram I see endless stories and post of these cool,cute drinks the customers get offered when they get services done. I kept hoping to get offered without having to ask for it because its not the same to get offered the services as everyone else. I found Carolina on instagram a few years ago when I was looking for somewhere to do eyelash extensions for a special event. I loved them back then so of course when I decided to do my eyelashes again I contacted her. Now she's located at this beautiful salon which has tons of services for all your beauty needs. I've only done my eyelashes but I've seen people get their hair done & it's come out great. Ok so here's my review on the eyelash extensions. I saw another review complain that Carolina did her full set too fast but I don't get it.....do you want to be there all day?! Yea she works fast but to me that's a good thing! Also it's 1000% pain free, no irritation at all, which as a contact wearer I was nervous about. My eyelashes always come out beautiful and it's amazing to wake up every day & not need to wear makeup. I also haven't noticed any damage to my natural lashes which I know is a fear many people have. The only "negative" I could mention is the price. She's expensive. I get Volume lashes because I think anything else is way too subtle so when you add tax & tip it adds up fast. If it wasn't so pricey I would probably do them year round. read more

I took my granddaughter here to get her eyebrows done, and I can tell you that we will never be back again. The nail technicians had no partition to protect themselves or their clients from COVID. I happened to be there at the same time the owner was there, very pretty young lady. Sadly, her and what I presume was her spouse or boyfriend were walking around with no mask. Her mask was down to her chin, and he did not even entertain the idea of one. Knowing that the owner has no regard for the safety of her community, or any considerations for the clients, I could never support a business that operates so selfishly. I loved coming to this place for nails and eyebrows. Today my experience was very disappointing!!! Do NOT DO YOUR EYEBROWS HERE! The person who used to do a great job is no longer there and the person who does it now literally RUINED the shape of my eyebrows. I specifically said to her "I don't like thin eyebrows" and guess what she DID? Yup, now I have thin eyebrows, and the WORST PART is that my old microblading lines shows with no hair on it. Just went for the first time to this beauty spa. Very nicely decorated. Ambiance is quiet and peaceful....perfect for a spa. No coffee or champagne or any kind of treatment like that, despite what they advertise on social media. Maybe I needed to ask for it but I think that is not the point. If you advertise VIP Luxe treatment, then I shouldn't have to seek it out while I'm there. I went for an organic keratin treatment after seeing they had a 20% off deal for this month on hair chemical services. On the website, this service was listed for "starting at $200". My hair is long and thick so I expected an up charge. The service was good. Never had this treatment before so I can't compare but the results so far have been when I expected. I left with a negative experience however because my bill was for $400 plus tax and tip. DOUBLE the advertised price. Like I said, I expected an up charge but doubling the price is a bit much. I also was not given the 20% off as advertised & I forgot to mention it until I arrived home. I did call and was told they'll credit my card, but it's yet to happen. Hopefully they follow through on that. Overall I'm not sure I would go back to this spa. It fell short of my expectations for a luxury spa, especially at those prices. I've been a client of Carolina since before she opened the salon. She is the only person I trust my eyelashes. I've never had an issue with my lashes falling off or having gaps in my lashes. I ride ATV's, go boating, work out & my eyelashes always look amazing. I did Russian volume for a long time and now I'm doing their Glam style. My natural lashes are very full and healthy! I now do my weekly blow outs, facials, and eyebrow waxing at Le Luxe. & I have no complaints. I completely love how Desiree has transformed my eyebrows. She is sweet and very detailed with her work, which is important since I'm trusting her with my eyebrows. As we know, eyebrows can make a huge difference in your appearance. Shanti's hydro facials are game changing! I have one done once a month and my skin has never looked better. I have a constant glow. Sabrina does my blow outs beautifully and quickly. I have bleached, curly hair and I always leave loving my blow outs. Mind you I do not use curling irons or irons on my hair so she leaves my hair silky smooth with only the blower. Not everyone can do that! I'm a frequent visitor of salon and I've never had an issue with an appointment or costumer service. All the girls are super sweet and ready to service their clients. The eyelash tech was rude barely spoke, the next day I had a huge gap where I had no lash because she rushed through them. Two weeks later I went to someone else as they were taking off my eyelashes my eyes were completely swollen like the lashes were weighing down and hurting my eyelids. She then showed me one eyelash with three extensions crumbled up together these eyelash extensions are super think and not natural looking at all. I used to be a very loyal customer of LeLuxe; but it turns out that not only was I getting overcharged for certain things but the product so they were using on me where what they had told me they were. For example I had gotten extensions and they told me that the hair extensions they provided for me were "real human hair" and turns out that I paid over $1000 for something that wasn't even human hair and the best part is that the extensions were falling off within the week because they were even gripped on right. Please do your research before coming here because yes it is friendly environment and clean but it's all a mask to overcharge you for something that doesn't last or is even worth the price. And you would think with how expensive they are it would be quality. Yeah right. I've done all of their services from lashes to the teeth whitening to facials and it's all been below mediocre to put it in better words. it's so sad that they lied to me and took advantage of me as client. please take this as a warning read more

I felt i had to write a review after reading some of these false reviews on this app. I have been coming here since it opened and done pretty much every service available. I have never left unsatisfied , upset or felt like i over paid .I've done blow drys, to facials to microblading to waxing and lashes of course . Carolina does my lashes,and when she is not available (as i live now 45 minutes away and our schedules conflict ) Elle does my lashes too. I have never had an issue or seen anyone have an issue as some of these reviews claim . My lashes always last , my hair is always shining for a week at least with a blow out . Carolina is precise on her work and is very quick as most lash techs are not . Elle is wonderful and also very quick and precise with her work . The eye brow girl always does a great job with my tinting and threading , snd Natalie in the front has been such a pleasure every time i walk in and am greeted by her . The facials are great . I come here for the hydro facial . i drive 1.5 hour round trip just to come here for my services this place is a must visit . read more

I came to get a hair Botox since my hair had been super dry and frizzy lately from postpartum. Well I looked online and they have that treatment as "$150-$200". I don't have thick hair but it's long so I figured the most I'd pay is $200. I got there and the person who did my hair was about 20 mins late. They charge the CLIENT a fee for being late but it's cool for them to be late. Anyway, I got my hair done and when I went to pay they charged me almost $300!!! I paid $300 including tip. I was so upset but I didn't say anything because I'm dumb and I should've said something at the moment. I ended up sending them an email later that the prices on their website were not accurate and that's and business. Their response was that their website is currently being updated. Ok?? I'd your website is under maintenance then you shouldn't have it up? She said the prices are accurate at the salon price list. I was super upset about this and if your website is not accurate you shouldn't have it up. But I let it go. Additionally I washed my hair and blow dried it yesterday for the first time after getting this treatment just a WEEK ago and I woke up this morning and my ends were SO DRY. My hair is literally worse than what I was before. I am sooooo upset about this!! I cannot fathom the fact that I paid $300 for my hair to look WORSE than what it was. Please take a look at the picture and let me know if that's how hair is suppose to look after getting an expensive treatment. I will never go back to this place. I used to come to Le Luxe Beauty before it became an establishment. The owner is very sweet and welcoming, and so is the girl who works for the front desk. However, I will not be returning. Not that I don't recommend coming here to get your lashes done because some of the lash techs have done amazing work, but know you're going to be spending a pretty penny. I had informed them at my appointment time that I was running late. They had told me that they had a 15 min courtesy window so I booked it over there to try to make it in before time. I was 20 minutes late. Considering it was 5 minutes extra, I was hopeful they would still take me in. My current lashes are from an outside tech, I needed to get them removed prior to a full set. They had asked me this upon arriving and then said because I'm late and the lashes aren't theirs it's $85 for a removal plus $21.40 for counting as a no show to my original appointment. That since I'm late a removal is all they can do and that I needed to have scheduled a lash removal before my full set. So unbeknownst to me, I would have needed to pay $130 for my set, plus $85 for the removal, plus tip. I know other lash techs that include outside lash removal within the full set price so that is what I had assumed. In addition to this, I received an email saying that because I was counted as a no show for my appt I would have to pay $25 in addition to the cost of my next appointment. That was the icing on the cake for me. I understand the no show/late charge, but the double charge for booking another appointment is a little ridiculous. Its a deterrent for existing clients. I recommend calling to ask any questions you may have prior to booking and don't be late. Reply: Thank you for the response. I do understand your point of view about timing; however, I don't think the double charge of $25 extra to book a future appointment after paying $21.40 is fair. Also, I was NOT told that the $85 would be credited to my full set if I booked for 4pm. Otherwise, I would have scheduled. All I was told was it was $85 to remove and "sorry". read more

My lash tech is Cheyenne and she always understands what I want and the look I'm going for. She's so sweet and talented. I had an acrylic full set done on Wednesday, August 12. 3 of my nails had fallen off by Sunday, August 16. The nail tech was extremely nice, which is why i refrained from posting a review earlier, but I'm disappointed I spent $60 for my nails to come out the way they did. For some reason gaps were left between my actual nail and the acrylic, causing them to fall off with no problem. I had to reshape them when I got home because they were all uneven lengths. I gave this place another chance and it was worse than I expected. First, it took 45 minutes from when my appointment was meant to begin. To be honest, I had the rest of the day off so I was fine with it. Second, this is the 3rd time I book lash removal and they left strays on my lashes. Third, I got my brows done and the brow artist to not clean/sanitize/prepare my brows for henna. Luckily, I cleanser my face before the service and home and in the bathroom upon arrival but my skin is inevitably oily regardless harming the integrity of the service if not performed by the brow artist beforehand. Additionally, the brow artist did not consult with me. They just went in, no questions or suggestions like how do you like them? Would you like them warm, neutral, or cool toned? Etc. Nothing. Just to close my eyes and directly applied the henna. As someone who worked in the cosmetic industry for many years, you are always supposed to communicate with the client beyond a greeting and prepare the area like preparing a canvas. This includes cleaning the area of make up/dirt/oil/debris and asking the client what they have in mind. Lastly, the tiny was barely there. I am unable to locate it successfully under my brows, and she ruined part of my lashes by cleaning through them when she was removing excess tint. This will unfortunately be the last time I come here. I sincerely wish them the best as they have plenty of potential but please do better and raise the standard properly. On a side not, they refuse to disclose the brands they use for Keratin, Hair Botox and others. Kind of shady and untrustworthy. read more

I love the outcome of my eyelashes than in previous place, I felt that Gaby took the time to make them look even and perfect, and mind you I barely have lashes. Also, took advantage and had my eyebrows threaded by Angie with is light on you. I'm use to feeling a bit of pain when getting them done, but Angie sure had a great control of my brows.
