She wouldn't see me in person. She called from the salon late in afternoon. It was very noisy in background and she was speaking FAST. I could only hear something about negativity. I have moderate to severe hearing loss coupled with severe tinnitus. She wouldn't let me say anything as she spoke so fast. I managed to ask her not to put words in my mouth, which she rejected and kept uttering words I could barely hear. I had wanted to originally speak to her about the color of my hair she did a full hilight on. There was no way she would speak to me. When I asked her if she would see me one last time, she said she didn't want to "touch my head" I have never complained about her in 11 years. I've been going to her every 7or 8 weeks consistently. I even wrote the owner of the salon Taryn. Her response back was only that she has the right to choose who she wants to service. I get that. She neglected to address that I couldn't hear/understand WHY?! Very unprofessional in my opinion. Thankfully I have found someone who actually gave my hair some style, nice color and way less expensive. I had no idea my type of hair could be styled in any other way than she had for all those years. My new stylist has 30 years of experience, so maybe that's what made the difference. This unprofessional "break up" was a blessing in disguise.

I went in on a Thursday evening at 6pm and was greeted by a nice woman who would be doing my hair. The salon itself was empty, there was only one other person there doing their nails, but it had plenty of room between stations and about 3-4 hair stations and 3-4 nail stations so that's a good sign. I can judge much on the treatment as It was my first one and I really don't have anything to compare it to, but it was an easy process, not too time consuming and the woman working on my hair definitely took her time and gave my hair the attention it needed. I love how my hair came out upon leaving so I will probably be back for another treatment. My only concern with going back for other services is that my Spanish is pretty awful and it seemed that the only Employees there that evening spoke only Spanish. I wouldn't want a miscommunication when trying other services, aside from that, give this place a try. It seems well worth it!

Like she just wanted to finish and get it over with. The manicure turned out decent but the pedicure was a disaster and unfortunately I only noticed so after I had arrived back at home. It seems that when she put my shoes back on after the pedicure, she dragged one of my toes on my sandal. (From the pictures you can tell, it was an error on her part since the paint is in the middle of my sandal, something I couldn't have possibly done since she's the one who put on the shoe, it's not like my toes rubbed up against each other or I ruined them in the car or anything). I was shocked at her lack of detail, and the fact that she didn't say anything. For the same price, I'll stick with my regular spot at Glamour Nails, where at least they have an accommodating peaceful salon, with an eye for the little things and respect for their client. P.S there was a little girl getting her nails done next to me, and once she was finished she noticed her fresh gel manicure was lifting on one of her nails, and they left it like that! They even had the audacity to tell her it was part of the design with no attempt to try and fix or redo for her. Wow! Terrible service and NO respect for their clients, money hungry. Lying to a little girl, shake my head. I will never return and never recommend. P.P.S A lot of the women I saw getting their hair done left with jacked up layering and poorly done highlights.

I've been a client of Carolina since before she opened the salon. She is the only person I trust my eyelashes. I've never had an issue with my lashes falling off or having gaps in my lashes. I ride ATV's, go boating, work out & my eyelashes always look amazing. I did Russian volume for a long time and now I'm doing their Glam style. My natural lashes are very full and healthy! I now do my weekly blow outs, facials, and eyebrow waxing at Le Luxe. & I have no complaints. I completely love how Desiree has transformed my eyebrows. She is sweet and very detailed with her work, which is important since I'm trusting her with my eyebrows. As we know, eyebrows can make a huge difference in your appearance. Shanti's hydro facials are game changing! I have one done once a month and my skin has never looked better. I have a constant glow. Sabrina does my blow outs beautifully and quickly. I have bleached, curly hair and I always leave loving my blow outs. Mind you I do not use curling irons or irons on my hair so she leaves my hair silky smooth with only the blower. Not everyone can do that! I'm a frequent visitor of salon and I've never had an issue with an appointment or costumer service. All the girls are super sweet and ready to service their clients. I came a month ago for the first time to Leluxe lashes and I honestly fell in love with how Caro left my lashes. Everything is very clean and organized, the environment is great theres always music playing. I love the fact that she takes her time with her clients and make sure the job is done right. Caro will not hesitate to answer any questions you have regarding lashes and how to take care of them. This was my first time doing my lashes and I can say she did an amazing job. They are excellent in every service they offer. I've been doing my lashes with Elle for 4 years now and I always walk out in shock in how beautiful my lashes look. She's the sweetest thing ever and also can trust her in her doing my lashes to my liking always. I had seen her work on their Instagram and just knew I would love her, and she did not disappoint.
