Cute little store within Hartsfield for all of your last-minute, self-care needs. I am very serious about my hands and staying moisturized, and L'Occitane is a favorite of mine. When I was setting out for a recent flight and realized that I neglected to slip some hand lotion into my carry on, I was so happy when I came across this store. I went and and the two ladies in the shop welcomed me in and let me know that they were there to assist if needed. I browsed around for a bit, window shopping for items I truly didn't need lol. I ended up finding the hand lotions and went for a lemon scent that I had never smelled before. Before I headed out, I also grabbed a tube of lipgloss. The prices are really reasonable for the quality they offer and I love that they even had travel sets for sale. Such a nice little pit-stop while preparing for a flight! read more

What a wonderful experience I had in my 10 minutes unplanned shopping at the ATL airport Loccitane store. In fact I didn't even plan to buy anything but Cheryl changed my mind. Many years ago, I was introduced to the L'Occitane products while flying on Delta. The quality of the soaps, body lotions and fragrances were always really top notch. As I walked past this store, I had to stop in to check on the new products and new items. I was happy to see an increased inventory of men's grooming products as well as a larger and larger Home accent items. All of L'Occitane's products are developed and produced from its base in Manosque, France where 1,000 employees work. The company sources the majority of its production from Provence and one of their main product l'Immortelle plants (Helichrysum italicum) from Corsica from producers who rely on traditional production methods. Lavender scents are very pronounced in many of the items they sell and you can tell it's a good quality lavender because the scent lasts a long time (on your body and also in terms of shelf life). The company does not conduct animal testing, and no animal product or by-product, except for beehive products are used in the manufacturing process. L'Occitane develops most of its products and ingredients in line with the organic cosmetics specifications of the European Union. I like the products and the company overall....the gentleman working here was a nice, pleasant young man that was very friendly and courteous. The price point of the products are on the high end, but once in a while, it's worth to splurge. read more

Stopped in for something that smelled nice... stayed for Ms. Cheryl!!! The Cloudstrike outage delayed my flight, so I wandered in and she said "Hello beautiful! Make yourself at home." And let me shop and then told me stories. She loves life and she knows just how to engage with anyone who comes in... I left with a smile on my face, even after a hectic day. Fantastic products and even more amazing customer service. As soon as you step into the store, the amalgamation of soft scents wrap you in their warmth and beckon you to come closer and see what's inside. The store is brightly lit, beautifully decorated and full of all sorts of lovely things for both your body and your home. The lady in the store (older black lady) was simply one of the nicest people I've ever met. She showed me some of their newest products and helped me fall in love with a new favorite; Néroli & Orchidée. It is a light, subtle scent: warm, gentle, graceful and elegant. Everytime I catch a whiff of it, it makes me so happy. Unfortunately, they do not sell the fragrance in a smaller, more travel-friendly size (I'm rarely home enough to enjoy a full-size of anything anymore), so I chose the hand and body cream instead. read more

I had to post this. I realized I'd been here in Atlanta on business for a week but forgot to buy my 12 year old daughter a gift from my trip. I thought I'd stop in to see what I could find, she lives for skin care products. Anyway, I told the wonderful lady who works there that, and that it was my girls birthday coming up. Well, the wonderful lady who helped me was so amazing. She found a couple of things in my price range for me to pick from, she really thought about it. I picked one, paid for it, and she placed it in the store's usual yellow paper bag, but she added some nice gift paper, sealed it with a little gold sticker, and told me that this was from Miss Cheryl for her birthday. She had the warmest, sweetest smile and personality. I have to recommend everyone who needs ladies (or 12 year old daughters) skin care products, go see Miss Cheryl! I have shopped here for years and sad to say will no longer be buying here. Purchased, $160 worth of products to be shipped to me, updated address on file and something went wrong because I never got items, following up we figured out that the address was typed wrong ( mistakes happen ) my issue is with the lack of care of having wasted my time and seemingly not wanting to own the mistake by the Manager. The offer was you can have your products and a weak apology. I asked for my money back and walked away. Popped in to search for some hand cream and was welcomed by Cheryl who seemed to be running the store solo. She was the sweetest lady ever. She kind of reminds you of your grandma who always has warm cookies and a hug for you when you come to visit. I just got done sampling about five different hand cream scents with a young lady who seemed very annoyed by me asking to try different scents when there was absolutely no other customers in the store but me. . I ended up buying hand cream that I didn't even scent tested on my skin just to give her a business. As she walked to the cashier to ring up my purchase up, she shook her head when I told her I did not try this scent but will buy one. I find this behavior very negative, poor character, poor costumer service, and a lack of training! I could have spent $300 if I find the scent that I like. I bought the hand cream to give her a sale when I didn't have to spend a penny. I ended up having it away to a stranger as I left the shop! FYI, If you need to test the scents, the sale associate has to give you a small sample from her sample area since there is no test bottles. They also will eyeball you like those pieces are gold that you can't touch! The scents aren't all that great! I don't recommend and I will not return! read more

I was just in here now! Their fragrances smell divine and I would have loved to purchase something right now but not one person greeted me. There was only one other person in the store and a lady was helping him however the other girl was just standing at the register staring in la la land and didn't even have the common courtesy to say hello or offer me assistance. I tested, I smelled, I tried on fragrances and really wanted the Roses perfume but as stated above no one said we will be right with you or let me help you. I was here for 7 mins and walked out! Just love this brand and have used it for years but most of all I truly love this particular store. The ladies who work here are supremely knowledgeable about the product, always super friendly and full of great skin care tips and advice. I stop every time I have a layover when I'm flying through and always try whatever options are available for a quick pampering treat. It definitely makes flying more pleasant after you try some of the wonderfully scented products. Favorites include anything almond or lavender which also guarantee your journey to be more relaxing. What sets LO apart from the competition is its high quality and unique scents. LO's products make wonderful gifts for anyone. The packaging and gift wrapping is lovely and looks expensive. Both men and women shop here. The store is decorated "French-Country" with products beautifully displayed with testers for the different scents. Cheryl is a magical dream facial elf. I had a long layover in ATL and popped into the shop to see what men's products they had. Cheryl was the definition of charming (turned out she was from Charm City). When she found out we'd been flying all day she had is sit down down for a mini facial, which was incredibly relaxing walked out with lots of fun products, relaxed and feeling good. read more

I had a long layover at the airport and wandered the Terminal A simply to stretch my legs. As I walked by, I was warmly greeted by Cheryl, or I might not have gone in as it's out of my price range.
