I have very difficult hair to cut because it is wavy. However Lo at L Spa knows how to cut and color it just right! She tends to be busy but I have been fortunate enough to get on her cancellations list so I get in early. She also takes the time to style it afterwards which stylists at other salons don't always do. If only I could style it as well on my own! Haha The front desk Staff is friendly and accommodating -- they offer coffee, tea, or yummy hot cocoa. It is also a really relaxing environment. I enjoy the sachets of lavender that you can smell to help get you in the relaxed mood! Highly recommend and they offer spa services as well which I look forward to trying. read more

I dyed my hair with a boxed color, which turned my hair an orange/red, and came in to get the color corrected. The stylist, Lexi, used a demi color that washed out of my hair. I called back several times with questions and concerns. Stylist and manager defended the use of demi color, never offered to fix the problem (even though I was clearly unhappy), and instead offered me a discount rate to come in and get my hair colored AGAIN! I pretty much wasted $100. My hair was still red! I spoke with stylists at other salons who said permanent color would fix and/or cover my red hair. But apparently at L Spa, making money off a client (i.e. taking advantage of them) is more important than making a client happy. read more

I went awhile back maybe a year ago. I had a gift certificate I got a pedicure. I choose a white polish unfortunately they couldn't get it to corporate. They weren't even dry when I left which led to nothing but problems. read more

I went to L Spa because I had a gift certificate and chose to get a massage. If I was just rating my massage therapist I would give 5+ stars. However, I am rating this business as well. My massage therapist was Lori and she was fantastic! I've had massages by her before and always leave feeling fantastic. By far the best massage I've gotten was by her! The business itself was not as delightful and I was a little disappointed. The building seems very old and the massage room was what I would imagine was the living room of the house. It was a nice big room but just seemed like it could use some updates to get more of a spa like feel. You could hear chatter outside the room since the walls were thin which made it hard to relax at times. When I arrived I was not greeted by any of the staff nor asked why I was there. I was unsure if I had to check in or not so I just went up to the counter and explained why I was there. Upon checkout I also was not sure what to do. My massage therapist walked me up to the counter and we parted ways but the two girls at the checkout counter didn't say a thing to me until I said I'm here to checkout. They struggled to get the system to checkout to take my card and it was not a smooth process, but I understand there are glitches; it would have been nice to be told what was going on during the issue. I wish the rest of the staff was a little more pleasant and welcoming because that would have made the experience as a whole night and day better. It was going to be special. We arrived at 3:40 and they claimed we were 30 minutes late and they wouldn't help us. I asked for a manager and I got a blank card. Wife did her nails feet and a wax here and I got a manicure and a eyebrow wax. The lady was a perfectionist with my eye brows which was cool my wife makes me do them regularly lol and this place was the best wax I've ever had she also cleaned them up with a tweezer and the thread after for any stray hairs and imperfections. And my wife loved loved her nails she's really picky about the length and shape of them and she didn't have to tell them to redo or go over anything at all which was a miracle in my eyes. The kids came in the next day to get a manicure and there feet done as well so there a 10/10 in both trips and very very clean place which is important to my wife with salons because of possible diseases and outbreaks from skin to skin contact. This place is ran right. Pricing was standard would like to come back for a table massage will let you all know how that goes! read more
