Alayna cut my hair. It took me 3 months for it to grow so another stylist could fix the damage she did. My head looked like I went thru a fan. Never have I ever had such an awful cut. Could be why she has so many available appointments. My honest opinion is she needs more schooling. And then proceed back to a salon setting. read more

They canceled my appointment and then still charged me for it and refused to refund. Apparently my stylist quit and they left a message asking me to call to reschedule. I did not call because I wasn't sure when I could reschedule. They apparently booked me with someone else without telling me and then charged me when I didn't go to the appt I thought was canceled. read more

The second I walked in the building I was already walking in with trust issues because of other salons messing up my hair I would NEVER go here again I asked and booked a FULL HEAD OF HIGHLIGHTS and instead got a partial half done highlights and not even highlighted I got charged for a full highlight when all I got was a partial I would never go to this place again and when I went back unhappy about my hair I got screamed at by a manager and told I would not get refunded because "of all the work she did" she had only put 60 foils on my head which was not even enough for a partial highlight let alone a full one and was screamed at to get out and I am never welcome here again TERRIBLE SERVICE... read more

I booked time with "any stylist". When I arrived at my appointment, I was told the person I saw last time no longer worked there, and there were no other openings today. I'm not sure how I was able to book an appointment with someone I had gone to one time before, 2 years ago, but let's say that's my error. I'm not sure how, once they noticed, they didn't call or cancel my appointment, but let's say they are busy and missed it. I'm not sure how I never heard the word "sorry", or how I wasn't offered any recompense. Certainly not coming back. read more

I've always loved Aveda salons, and my expectations were exceeded today! My hairstylist, Piper, was professional and friendly. She cut my hair exactly how I like it, and styled it after. It looked great! She also gave me an awesome head massage with my shampooing, and an aveda hand massage. If I wasn't moving to Africa in 2 months, I would come back to her again and again! The vibe of the salon was also great. Clean, peaceful, and very cute on the inside. Keep it up guys! read more

I had seen a certain aestician there 3 or 4 times and it was wonderful. She was very thorough and nice. Well the last time no. I paid for a 60 minute facial and she only did 45 minutes. I'm sorry but if I'm paying $94 for a facial I want the whole time. She had gotten me late and ended early. Also she seemed different. Not as thorough. Like she was just going through the motions. I've heard good things about this spa and was looking forward to a spa manacure as many nail salons don't do massage or wax treatment. They don't have actual nail techs working here, they are hair people that "can also do nails." The employees were very nice and friendly and probably doing their best but it was not spa quality. Skip the high price tag, go to a nail salon and get a friend to massage your hands with some lotion. There was no hand massage, nails look like i did them at home and I'm out a lot of money. Would not recomend nail service here. read more

I found this place by following my stylist - Ashley - from Roots. The customer service is phenomenal and if's a very unique location. I've always been treated very politely and have had a great experience here. They book out quickly, which is my only reason for not always going here. My schedule changes and often I need to be able to walk-in or schedule same day... which isn't really an option here. Consider checking Haven out! The owner is extremely polite and runs a strong establishment and a small business that benefits the community. read more

I absolutely love this salon! It is located in a historic home on Janesville Rd in Muskego. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and smells amazing! I love that they only use high quality Aveda products. The Aveda tea is delicious. I have had the opportunity to enjoy many services they offer. All the service providers have done a great job. xing.... will NEVER return. Booked an appointment for a eyebrow, lip and chin wax, which I've had done once at their location in the past which was great. However this time I was taken to the shampoo station instead of the private massage room and put with a stylist. Had to ask to be taken to the private room as getting my whole face waxed is embarrassing and would be extremely uncomfortable laying back in the sink vs laying on a table. They stylist then said she would get the aesthetician (who was not the same one I had the previous time). she hurried through the waxing, trying to wax multiple areas at once and therefor leaving hard wax on my skin longer than it should be. Also proceeded to go over the same areas 3-4 times instead of taking the time to pluck stray hairs that didn't catch the first time. I am now 5 days out from the waxing and am still red, blotchy and itchy. I have had this same service done multiple times in the past and have never had this reaction, then again I've also never had a "professional" leave wax on for too long or wax the same area 3-4 times instead of using a tweezer. Called today to cancel my follow up appointment and said that my experience on Friday was terrible. The girl who answered the phone didn't ask for details and didn't offer condolences. Also cost almost twice as much as other places. UPDATE: I'm now 7 days out and still have a rash. Left a Facebook review which was deleted the next day. Left a Google review which is still up. Never received a follow up to my reviews or phone call. Sent a private Facebook message today and was told someone will contact me tomorrow ..... read more
