Please dont buy from this place. We live in CA and were told the trailer we wanted was in good condition and hardly used. When we received it, the generator didnt work, the refrigerator didnt work, there was a missing window, 2 different water leaks (tank and bathroom), no patio fencing (included with the model), bugs all over it, and a host of other things. We didnt expect it to be perfect but it was terrible and they IGNORED us when we tried to work in finding a solution. Do not deal with them. We are full of regret and thousands in repairs. read more

Funny thing, being a woman, isn't it? Funny how everything stereotyped as being in a "man's arena" seems to be the green flag to take advantage of, and try and screw over the women who happen to be playing in the same sandbox. Not me. No ma'am. Brought my boat in here after having a FULL SERVICE just complete 6 weeks prior. When I went to pick it up? They had charged me nearly 700 dollars for the very same things, i had JUST had done 6 weeks prior! And, to top it off??? Did NOT do the things I asked! Amazing. This one was REALLY a shitty shot. Dont go here, folks. They will ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT, DO THEIR BEST TO SCREW YOU OUT OF MONEY FOR THINGS YOU DONT EVEN NEED. Its so disheartening. Dont go here. I suggest MacKenzie Marine in St Augustine, or St Augustine Marina in Vilano. Super cool, super honest and super fair. These people have LOST THEIR MINDS playing games with a woman who knows better. Shameful. So glad i save ALL MY RECEIPTS. Did a chargeback, sent them my receipts, bank was super cool, and all that....just to try and screw a hard working nurse out of her money becuase they thought i was too dumb to notice. Lol. August 2023 I bought an AVID MAG 23' that ended up having a hull issue. When I think of companies who offer 'lifetime warranties' I usually think - mkay, doubt that - but thanks. Let me tell you that AVID sticks to their word. The owner's daughter works at this location, and she went above and beyond to keep in constant contact with me to let me know every step of my boat. I had zero worries that my boat was in the best hands. Today I got my boat back after a few months - and this company along with AVID delivered 10X the hull I originally paid for. I can't thank them enough, sing praises loud enough, or give enough stars! WOW! We are disgusted with the service we've received from LTD in High Springs; their customer service, maint tech, & their work. We decided the 1st time they "repaired" our boat that we would never give them our boat again because the work that was performed did not fix the issue. But, LTD is the only known service shop near our river house, so we felt we had to send it to them to resolve the power issue & a yearly service. This time the boat still had power issues & now leaked lower unit oil, we even found THEIR tools left in our engine compartment which made us think they stopped working on the boat mid-progress & never returned to finish it. Reluctantly & now regrettably we brought it in for a 3rd time to repair the trim, water pump, & again fix the power issue. Their service tech Mike contacted us quickly & talked to me 20 min. about his extensive experience & stated that my boat was HIS priority. He told me he was confident he could resolve the issues 100%. He built himself up pretty good & my confidence was restored that they may FINALLY fix our boat. Mike called us several times the 1st few weeks letting us know what else he found to be repaired and kept us updated. We chose to have him fix all he had found wrong because he promised us 100%. After several conversations he still hadn't mentioned the power issue, so we reminded him in detail about how it sagged & struggled to get on a plane & he said he would get to it after the trim. Then, Mike basically fell off the map. We didn't hear from him or anyone at LTD for weeks on end. After 2.5+ months we had to start calling LTD almost daily for a status on our boat. At this point I honestly thought something serious happened to our boat that they were hiding. They gave us every excuse in the book, from Mike's personal problems, to him getting injured & having to miss a lot of work. Instead of reassigning the work, they let it sit! Finally after FOUR months of having our boat Michelle told us that the boat was ready to be picked up. Again we mentioned we hadn't seen/heard anything on the power issue & reminded her that Mike said he was going to fix the power issue & check the carburetor THEY rebuilt less than one year ago & if there were issues, that he would fix that under warranty. At this point we were only talking with Michelle... I have no idea whatever happened to Mike. Michelle said that she only warranties the work done on the boat at the time, & that the carburetor would need to be rebuilt. After a bit of an argument, we decided to have them rebuild it AGAIN. Upon setting a pick up date, Michelle told us that now the starter was making a "funny" noise & that it needed to be replaced. Why they didn't mention the starter while having it 4 months - did they ever start it to test their work? We declined to give them any more business because they had already had our 4 months and that was something we could do ourselves. So, we bought the starter ourselves & installed it. On the FIRST trip out in the boat, it broke down after running less than 10 minutes - we suddenly had no power at all in our boat and had to get towed. We called Michelle & she said "I told you the boat wasn't done when you picked it up", which was an outright LIE. This was her response??? Why would we drive 3 hours to pick up a boat that wasn't done? & Why would they tell us it wasn't done after telling us it was ready? That lie didn't even make sense. She then placed blame on us for installing the starter ourselves saying "Well I don't know what you did to the boat". After we installed the starter the boat started just fine - a starter installed wrong, would have never started the boat. We had a local boat shop who fixed an electric problem. On this last trip out, our boat smoked heavily, can't get above 2500 RPM, doesn't get on a plane, and now has no pwr steering- even after spending $1900+ to get it "repaired to 100%" by them. Michelle now blames the shop that repaired the electrical issue. I wouldn't recommend LTD Motors to Satan. read more

ok so heres my story. june 2017 i purchased a new old stock 2016 240 Bahia from LTD motors in High springs florida. after the first trip out i noticed that the fuel gauge seemed wrong so i contacted LTD and was told that they would let me know when i could bring it in as they were going to order a new sender from Ranger and it would take some time to get it as per them Ranger was horrible to get parts from. so august 2017 i took the boat back and they replaced the fuel sender. During this timeline I had to move to southwest florida for a job so I actually picked up the boat and immediatly towed it to Naples where I live now 1 week before the hurricane hit. After moving everything else 2 weeks later and waiting 3-4 weeks for the mess to calm down down here enough to take the boat out i took it to the gas staion and filled it up but the gauge only read between half and 3/4? So i called LTD and asked for some help locating a serving dealer but got no call back from them. I called Ranger direct and got no response from them either. I them googled local Ranger dealer and found one in Estero florida Marina Mikes. I called and spoke to the service dept in November of 2017 and was told that since the boat was powered with a Suzuki engine they would prefer that I took the boat to a Suzuki dealer to have the gauge inspected as they were only a yamaha dealer. I took the boat to my local Suzuki dealer for it first maintenace and to have them look at the gauge. they told me at this time the problem was in the composite tank in the boat being deformed and the boat needed a longer sender thatn came from the factory to read accurate. I once again attempted to call LTD and Rnager direct and was once again ignored by both. I once again called Marina Mikes and explained i spent my own money to have the gauge checked since it was a Ranger issue and not a suzuki and i would like to get my boat into them to inspect the fuel sender and also in the mean time I had noticed 2 small cracks in the hull that needed to be fixed (this was in december 2017). After sending many pics to Marina Mikes i was informed that Ranger will not cover the crack as they were impact related!! One crack was in the floor area the other was coming from a screw hole in the rub rail area. I finally spoke to Scott Riggs personally from Ranger and sent him photos of the cracks in which he admitted that they were "probably" not impact related. So after many months of back and forth with Ranger, LTD and marina Mikes I was scheduled to bring my boat in for repair on april 1st week. After dropping the boat off it took a month for Ranger to get Marina Mikes the stuff to repair the crack and also they sent another fuel sender (same as the first a 8 1/2 inch). I picked the boat up on May 4th and was informed that they just replaced the sender again. The next week i took the boat and filled it up again and once again the gauge only went to 3/4 full.I immediatly contacted Marine Mikes and attempted to contact Ranger multiple times leaving voice mails with multiple people from their saltwater devision NEVER to be called back and I went as far as sending Scott Riggs more emails but also no respopnses back. Being a GM master technician i finally decided to inspect the issue myself and found the fuel tank was severly deformed and took the boat once again back to marina mikes and had them look at it while i was there. They determined that the fuel tank was over 10 inches deep at the sender spot which was almost 1 inch deeper than it should be so the stock sender was not going to work. WOW i have been saying that the whole time as thats what the suzuki dealer told me from the beginning. So now after another 2 months i finally got to drop my boat off again yesterday June 11 2018 where they are installing a new 9 1/2 inch sender. whan i showed up to drop the boat off I was met by the service rep who told me he was beyond frustrated with Ranger over my boat as they will not even call him back and thats why i took so long to get the part. All during this time i have tried multiple times to contact Ranger and my selling dealer once again without EVER being called back. So basically I have paid over a year for a boat that has been defective since day 1 and I have not been able to use it properly. Just so its know I LOVE my boat it is a dream to run and use (when its usable) but I am beyond discusted with MY FIRST Ranger boat I have EVER owned. For a company to treat a customer that spent this kind of money with them they should be embarrased but its obvious to me they don't care. VER SAD read more
