I have been looking at Vans for awhile now. I found Sunshine RV online. I sent in a request for…read moreinformation on one of their Revel's. I got a call back from Shelley, she pretty fast started sending over pictures and getting me excited about the van. Answered all my questions through out the day. I put a deposit down and did all the credit stuff. I was approved and they were going to deliver the Van, but I got a bit nervous. They are on the other side of the United States. I am in California. So I ended up flying over there because it's a lot of money and you never know. To start off Sunshine's "Cole" picked me up with in 5 mins of landing. We had a nice ride over. When I got to their property everything was clean, washed, and in order. It looked like they had control of their RV's. Some lots have everything open and it's like Disneyland for family's kids. So I was very impressed. Cole took me in and introduced me to their Revel specialist "Corey". This guy knows everything about the rig. We started from one end and touched pretty much every part of the van in a very prepared way. It seemed like he really had a game plan on how to cover it so it made sense and stayed with you. He didn't bounce around. I then sat down with "Ritchie" I think he is the finance manager. Super nice guy. He got me a great price on a top to bottom warranty. Which I almost never buy, but when it makes sense it just does. Couple small touches, they knew my daughter would be riding with my wife and I so they had already bought us the luno bed for her to have a mattress to sleep on. Then they also gave us the surge protector for the van. A bunch of starter stuff as well. My favorite is the custom coffee cup which fits perfect in the cup holder. They didn't have to do any of the extra special things but it was very much appreciated. All in all an amazing experience. I really feel we went with the best dealer. They are honest and fair and take pride in the product they sell. The Van was seriously spotless. If you have the chance to go down and meet these great people it's awesome. If for some reason you buy online and have them deliver it. You are truly in good hands. Jeff from California

If you already know for sure which manufacturer:platform that you want to buy BEFORE you visit this…read morelocation, then this is the place for you. If you are totally unsure and need all of the valuable info and opportunities to drive the vehicles to get the feel, then this place is NOT for you. I drove down from PA because they supposedly had a lot of class B's. I couldn't decide which one I wanted. I had narrowed down that I required a Mercedes for comfort, but was trying to decide the manufacturer/platform. I was told that I could only test drive one RV because all Mercedes are the same even though they are on different manufacturers/platforms. This is a huge purchase and different platforms are not all the same even if they are on a Mercedes chassis. If I wanted to drive three different platforms then you should have allowed this. I was allowed to only drive literally 4 blocks around in the area without the opportunity to see what rattles if I drive faster and longer. This is why I left and did not make my purchase with you. The only good thing is that they did have a good example of different manufactures and this is why they are receiving a 3 instead of a 1 or 2 rating from me. However, had to wait for someone to unlock though so that's time consuming. Should have unlocked in the morning, and lockup at closing.

Not me. No ma'am. Brought my boat in here after having a FULL SERVICE just complete 6 weeks prior. When I went to pick it up? They had charged me nearly 700 dollars for the very same things, i had JUST had done 6 weeks prior! And, to top it off??? Did NOT do the things I asked! Amazing. This one was REALLY a shitty shot. Dont go here, folks. They will ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT, DO THEIR BEST TO SCREW YOU OUT OF MONEY FOR THINGS YOU DONT EVEN NEED. Its so disheartening. Dont go here. I suggest MacKenzie Marine in St Augustine, or St Augustine Marina in Vilano. Super cool, super honest and super fair. These people have LOST THEIR MINDS playing games with a woman who knows better. Shameful. So glad i save ALL MY RECEIPTS. Did a chargeback, sent them my receipts, bank was super cool, and all that....just to try and screw a hard working nurse out of her money becuase they thought i was too dumb to notice. Lol. Jokes on you, babe!

Bottom line up front, I brought my camper in for a consignment sale to be sold on Travelcamp's lot,…read moreduring which time it was damaged and Travelcamp said it was unable to be repaired due to a lack of repair supplies at their dealership. This entire process took over 8 months of dealing with 4 different managers who often did not return my calls or texts, and placed the burden of coordination within their company and corporate office on me. I brought my camper here and entered into a 90 consignment deal to sell it at Travelcamp. After the 90 days were up, I called to arrange a pickup of my camper so that I could bring it to another dealership to sell since it hadn't sold at Travelcamp. I tried for over a week to get in touch with a consignment sales representative to arrange the pickup but nobody answered, so after a week, I showed up to Travelcamp to pick up my travel trailer. When I arrived, the camper was brought to the front of the lot, and I discovered that a window in the camper had been left open for a period of time which allowed the camper to flood on the inside due to rain storms, causing significant water damage to the inside of the camper. I initially complained about this to the manager about the damage to which he replied that he would have the unit detailed. I told him that wasn't enough and that the water damage inside the camper needed to be repaired, and not simply detailed. He then told me that he didn't "know what to do" and that I would have to take the issue up with the corporate office. I attempted to call the corporate office over 50 times over the following 5 days and never received a response either by phone, email, or text. I left a message on every single call. Additionally I placed at least another 10 calls to the consignment sales team at Travelcamp as well as to the manager that originally signed my consignment sales contract, and still did not receive an answer. About a week after my initial calls, a member from the corporate office returned my calls and said that they couldn't help me, but that another corporate representative would be reaching out to me. I received a call from an individual the next day and they told me that my camper would be repaired on Travelcamp's dime, and that my original consignment manager would be the leading point of contact for all business going forward. Fast forward approximately 3 months: In dealing with the Travelcamp repair center, I was told by the initial manager that I dealt with 3 months after the initial discovery of the water damage inside, that my camper was "repaired" and that "it [was] in better shape than when I brought it in" for its original sale. Additionally as a gesture of good faith, Travelcamp offered to pay for an independent RV inspector to come and inspect the repair job. After the inspection technician and I had inspected the unit, we found an attempted repair job to the camper where an 8"x8" square had been cut out of the wall and then a patch job was attempted where a random piece of material was sloppily glued on top of the existing wall. Additionally, there was white fuzzy material still growing out of the floor of the camper which I presumed to be a result of the previous water damage, and shrunken and rotted wall paneling where water had been soaked up into the side wall of the inside of the camper. I expressed to the service department that the repair job was unacceptable and they told me that due to material shortages, that they would not be able to do anything else for me or perform any further repair job. I told them that they needed to purchase the camper to make it right if it couldn't be repaired. Once again I was told that I would have to deal with the corporate office and that nothing could be done for me at the local dealership. Additionally, the managers tried several times to get me to use my personal insurance to make a claim against the camper to have the damage fixed; a suggestion that I refused multiple times because I didn't want to raise my personal insurance rates for damage caused by Travelcamp. Fast forward another month, and I finally got a meeting with the corporate office sales representative, who was the only positive point of contact from this entire experience. I told him the entire story, 8 months start to finish with this consignment deal, the damage done to the unit, and the botched repair job for which he apologized and bought the camper from me. This is a very brief overview of my experience with Travelcamp. I will not be returning as a customer.
