I live in California, so buying an RV from a dealer across the country was a pretty big decision. Before buying, I spent months researching Class B vans. During that time, I found Sunshine State RVs' YouTube channel, and honestly, it became one of my favorite resources. Their videos are informative, well-produced, and show the RVs in a way that really helped me narrow down what I wanted. Those videos played a big part in my decision to buy the Nova 20C. Once I knew which model I wanted, I started shopping around for the best price. After comparing dealers, pricing, and reviews, Sunshine State RVs came out on top. I worked with Austin throughout the buying process, and he was great. He answered every question I had, worked with me on pricing and financing, and never made me feel pressured. Buying my first RV was a little intimidating, but he made the whole process easy. I decided to fly to Florida instead of having the RV shipped because I wanted the in-person walkthrough. Sunshine State RVs even picked my daughters and me up at the airport and brought us to the dealership. When we arrived, the owner, Nick, came over to introduce himself. He immediately let me know about a cosmetic issue that had happened during transport from the Coachmen factory. A tire had been placed inside the RV during shipping and left a stain on part of the flooring. They had already tried everything they could to remove it, but it wouldn't come out completely. What impressed me was that nobody tried to hide it. Nick explained exactly what happened, apologized, and gave me a few options. Everything else on the RV was exactly as expected. Then Corey patiently walked me through every part of the coach. After watching so many of their YouTube videos, I was looking forward to the walkthrough, and it didn't disappoint. He explained everything clearly and answered every question I had. Even after I got home to California, I reached out to him a few times when I couldn't figure something out, and he always got back to me quickly. That kind of support after the sale means a lot. The paperwork and financing were straightforward, and afterward my daughters and I spent a couple of days at a nearby RV park learning the RV before driving it all the way back to California. I thought that was the end of the story, but it wasn't. Sunshine State RVs contacted Coachmen about the flooring issue, and not long after, I received a phone call from Nick, the General Manager of Coachmen Class B. He apologized for what happened and told me they wanted to make it right. Their solution honestly surprised me. They arranged to have my RV picked up from my home in California, transported back to the factory in Indiana, the entire floor replaced, and then shipped back to me. They worked around my schedule and handled everything. Special thanks to Paul at Coachmen for coordinating all the logistics. When I got the RV back, the floor looked brand new. You'd never know there had ever been an issue. I've owned the RV for about a year now, and looking back, I'm just as happy with my decision as I was the day I bought it. Sunshine State RVs earned my business with their pricing, but they earned my respect with their customer service. Austin, Corey, Nick, and everyone else I interacted with treated me incredibly well. Coachmen (Nick and Paul) also deserves a lot of credit for standing behind their product and making things right. Buying an RV is a major purchase, and it's nice knowing there are still companies that genuinely care about their customers after the paperwork is signed. If you're considering buying from Sunshine State RVs, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Court Fink is an outstanding sales and technician rep. He was honest and up front and managed to…read moretake care of my needs to sell a 2022 Genesis Toyhauler, that I had cosigned on a loan. It had issues that needed handling and I was anxious to get it sold and minimize my 50,000 dollar loan. After sharing with me the potential cost of repairing the problems and getting close to low bluebook could take some time. Knowing I wanted out as soon as possible, I asked if 20,000 could be the starting price that could move it quick. He said more so as the fall months approach but he thought that was a reasonable start. Signed an agreement on asking price and in less than a couple of weeks, I received a check for 17,000 and the co-sign nightmare was over. Moral to my story, Court Fink and Sunshine RV will be my go to if I am ever in the market for an RV. Further more, I'll never co-sign for anyone including family. If they default a the co-signer has deeper pockets they'll come after you because the defaulting party are less likely to respond to the lending party. Tough lesson to learn if it involves family.

We were nervous about the financing approval since it was a big purchase to us, but the lady, Mandy, that did everything was great. Everything turned out better than we thought. Buying a used RV was not what we were initially wanting, but they did include a warranty so we knew we got lucky and we didn't have to spend as much money to get a brand new one. We aren't ever planning on getting rid of it, but if we did go back to buy another one it would definitely be here. The Service folks have been awesome as well with all of our phone calls and answering our questions.

Sold them a trailer that they can't tow with their vehicle and then continued to lie about it. Sure.....the truck would TECHNICALLY tow it, but the pin weight dry was already overweight for the truck without any equipment, occupants, or fuel and water. This renders the vehicle absolutely overweight for the truck. This means if there is any sort of accident(Whether they hit, or are hit), they will automatically be liable and the insurance will not pay the claim. Once the concern was brought up, they said sorry about your luck. They also scammed them on the price and will not provide any signed paperwork. So....if you do business with salesmen like Ray that take advantage of elderly people, shame on you. A lawyer is going to have a field day with this one.

My suggestion would be to look for an RV elsewhere because once they get their money they are done…read morewith you. No follow up, they do not return calls. They have no concern over issues they put in writing they would fix and they owe us a tv which we cannot even get an answer about because they will not call you back. Have reached out to the finance bank so they know what is going on with this business. Very disappointed in the whole process, this is not how you run a successful business. Once camper arrived at RV One the communication didn't get any better. And then once we received our camper there were just tons of things wrong with it. Some they fixed While there (but mostly quick fixes , not correct fixes). Others we didn't notice until later. Luckily my husband is handy and could fix things. With all the "inspections" that we were told were done, it's amazing that so many things could be missed. Disappointed overall in the communication and the poor sloppy service.

Let me tell you that AVID sticks to their word. The owner's daughter works at this location, and she went above and beyond to keep in constant contact with me to let me know every step of my boat. I had zero worries that my boat was in the best hands. Today I got my boat back after a few months - and this company along with AVID delivered 10X the hull I originally paid for. If I hadn't said anything, we would have left without one. Got home and checked the gaskets in the refrigerator and they were full of dead maggots! It took me a lot of time, cleaning and bleaching to get them out and get the seals clean. I sent an email to the owner about our experience. Never heard a word back. If I could give a negative zero I would. I wouldn't buy a dog house from these crooks!
