Perhaps the folks at the front desk, as nice as can be, need a little more training on issue resolution and listening. I literally even stopped her and showed her the spot, and she said she will get there and never did. she messaged on my bones and it was painful. Honestly probably the worst massage I've had. They also don't do a full hour. I guess it's an hour when you get in and change, and then they stop 10 min earlier so you can get dressed. So a 40 minute massage when you pay for an hour.
