I booked a massage for me and my mom for my birthday, 3 weeks in advance. When we got to the massage that day it was clear that whoever was running the front desk was not organized. When I gave her my name and she looked through her phone to find the booking confirmation she confirmed that they had overbooked and they would not be able to get us in for our massage at 11 AM and wanted us to come back later that day at 6pm, which we could not do . I was beyond mad considering the couple that was being helped in front of us obviously did not have an appointment and we're a walk-in. Called here to get a massage and when I went I found out that they are unlicensed and no licensed therapists. After searching on the TDLR website, I also see that they were fined just this past October for being unlicensed. Getting an unlicensed massage is a fast way to a neurosurgeon appointment. I have rated them one-star because they are not licensed to practice massage in the state of Texas as of 12/2018. If this changes, I will be happy to review and reconsider.
