I asked to have a repairmen sent out, thinking it would be the next day. She asked a few questions about the HVAC system, age, etc. and said, "We can't get anyone out there today but we can probably fix the problem over the phone." After assuring me that if we couldn't, she would send someone the next morning, she spent over half an hour walking me through a few checks and procedures and we got the system up and running. So something I thought was going to cost a few hundred dollars or more, cost me nothing, because she wanted to save us a very cold night and the possibility of pipes freezing. Wow! A company that shows incredible integrity and professionalism, and really seems to care about the people they serve! This was the first time I'd called Davey, but their number is now in my phone and will be my first call in the future. Thank you, Dorothy!!!

We had a water leak in my twelve year old 96% efficient Amana furnace and I placed a call to Davey. Dorothy was very courteous sent out her son Junior to look at what was going on. He told me he was going to condemn my furnace though there was no signs of aerial contamination. I told him I'll go out and buy two expensive meters and they both showed ZERO contamination! Ok, Junior then said the furnace would be covered under replacement warranty as the heat exchanger was cracked. He talked to the local dispatcher and they had a unit in stock. I was then told by Junior that it would cost me THIRTY FIVE HUNDRED to get the job done. I was flabbergasted at the price! This was for labor! Unbelievable! Ok it was winter and cold temps needed to be handled so I told him let's do it. Junior returned and started installing all the while informing me that it would cost me another EIGHT HUNDRED! I told him no way! Mind you, my old unit was removed and brought downtown. He called his office and they backed off on the additional eight hundred. I left Junior alone and he put together the new furnace and installed it! It was not straight, not plumbed and he left after the furnace was running. I called Dorothy and COMPLAINED! She sent Senior out and he straightened things out. The inspector came by and failed the inspection. Senior came out again and touched up all the work. Senior had to come by a third time to rewire the condensate pump... to code! That final time he came, I could tell he was PO'ed at returning and never said a darn word to me. No respect at all! Bottom line, I was ripped off to high heaven. Thirty five hundred... for the work done? Maybe they get this from other uneducated customers but the unit was under warranty, the whole installation with labor should have cost me $2000 at MOST! I found an unbelievably reputable HVAC and they have so far treated me with respect and professionalism especially when it comes to pricing and top notch customer service. The install took a month, the technicians were at the home every day and about 5 different ones came, the original one burned the wirings in the house, destroyed water pipes, destroyed the smart thermostat (which they replaced with a newer one), which they actually at the end fixed everything but in the end the new unit looks like a used jerry rigged HVAC unit, it rumbles and vibrates the apartment, they also caused water damage to the apartment (fixed the leak instantly) in the long run they said they will fix the damage and replace the blower motor as one of them is pretty bad. but MIA and it has been a year yet MIA, every week for about 4 months I messaged them and they said this weekend and never came, they were waiting for the credit card claim to expire from the date of purchase. Leave it alone. Any-whoo, after the traumatic experience of ice-cold mountain well-water in the shower, I called these wonderful people. They came out later in the evening to accommodate my schedule, and were on time (within a few minutes of the stated time). I received a call prior to him arriving of about 30 min. Reasonable price for the "trip fee". ANYthing, just please save me from another cold shower. Tod, our tech, was very professional, and even refused a tip I tried to give him. He fixed the hot water heater pretty quickly; no muss-no fuss, and he also didn't leave a mess in his wake. Furthermore they exhibited extremely unprofessional conduct, even after having paid them over $300 less than 24 hours prior. After being nearly three hours late to arrive, they charged us their full plumber's hourly rate of $325/hr for their drive time to (and from!) our house without telling us that this travel charge would apply. They were here for less than an hour, did an assessment, and then left saying they'd have to come back another day to do any repairs. So we paid them hundreds of dollars just to come out and not even fix the problem. If they had gotten here when they said they would, we might have had enough time to fix the problem then and there. When they left, my wife and I were in shock with the charges for basically having done nothing towards fixing the actual issue we had. We tried to talk through the charges on the spot, then felt obligated to just pay for it and send them on their way, as it was getting late. The next morning we called and asked for more clarity on the charges incurred, and also asked for some better communication and transparency as far as what else needed to be done, how long it would take, how much it would cost, etc. They literally didn't even call us back. We called again the next day. Again, no response. No return call. We made a THIRD call to them and STILL received no return phone call. Not one single reply after leaving three very polite messages. How incredibly unprofessional. They saw the opportunity to do a quick cash grab from a couple of desperate people, and they took it. Then they left us completely high and dry when they realized we were unhappy. The craziest thing is, we paid less money to the people that actually fixed our plumbing issue than we did All Phase. If money is no issue for you, then you will probably do just fine with All Phase. But if you're on a tight budget, expect no mercy from these people. These are the plumbers that people warn you about. No transparency. No accountability. No customer care or concern. I can't wait to see their scathing reply to this review...

We finally gave up and called Ponderosa at the recommendation of our plumbers. Chris was out the next day and got the problem fixed in no time. Now we have a maintenance contract with Ponderosa.
