We were so hopeful when Marc came through and provided us with a good and reasonable estimate. He said upon signing the agreement our system would be installed within 10 days. NOT THE CASE. Weeks after signing we had our appointment coming up for them to reschedule on us last minute.. not a big deal end of week adjustment is alright. Then today Thursday (6/29/23) they called to reschedule for our appointment tomorrow AGAIN. Next available is July 19, 2023! This company is disorganized, unprofessional and the front office needs to figure it out. Not sure if Marc and the sales teams are over promising and Dalco under delivering, but we won't be taken advantage and just go with a estimate that was almost identical. I'd say steer clear for a while and hopefully they figure out how to schedule clients and run a smooth business. read more

We used DALCO for our AC installation because we got the best price quote and Trane makes good products. Had I know the poor customer service I would receive from the owner of the company Marc specifically, I would have gone with a different company. We had a few minor issues withy the installation and billing and scheduling that could have been easily handled. Marc gave me his number at the quote meeting which was the biggest problem. The rest of the people I dealt with in his company were great. read more

Dalco was great. They came out the same day I called and were quick to respond to my voicemail. I liked that they were able to see to my heater as well as my water heater. The tech, Travers, was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and going above and beyond discussing related ways to improve my home and insulation. Super helpful!!! These guys came out did a fantastic job with my furnance. Not once but 3 times. But when I contacted the owner to find out if he could repair my water heater, sorry no answer. Never called back with an answer, did not want to do the cheap job, could not do the job. (Maybe delivering bad news is too hard to call back) read more

I must take a minute to recognize Dalco Heating and Air Conditioning for getting our AC done! It has been miserably hot in our house and Dalco got us up and running with a new AC unit within a couple days of selecting them. Dalco installed my heating & A/C system several years ago, & I have depended on them ever since for maintenance & minor repairs from time to time. Recently, my A/C pump was leaking water all over the floor. Matt from Dalco came out, & instead of recommending a new pump, he cleared the lines with bleach water. It worked perfectly & saved me several hundred dollars! The day is coming when the pump will need to be replaced, but I really appreciate Dalco's efforts to keep things working for as long as possible. Matt has been here a couple of times now, & he has been with the company for over 11 years. This suggests Dalco is a great company to work for; and the customer gets the benefit of professional, experienced technicians. I will always stick with Dalco for my heating & A/C needs. read more

We worked with Marc, he and his team did a great job. Reasonable price for the new furnace, they did what they said they were going to do in the time they said it would take. Like another user said, "no pressure sales, no drama, go in and go it done." This was our experience too. Horrible experience, they damaged unit on installation wouldn't honor replacement or repair and this was after numerous conversations. Marc owner would never follow through on his commitments obviously an expensive and poor experience. There are better options out there. read more

AC went out the hottest week of the year (of course!). Dalco sent a repair man out the next morning. Parts were overnighted in and the repair was completed an hour after the repair man arrived. He was polite and efficient. The final bill was at the low end of the estimate. I highly recommend Dalco. read more

This was the kind of experience I always hope to have but rarely get to experience. The owner/salesman came to our home after our work hours to do the quote - very helpful to us. He looked at our concerns carefully and recommended some options. Even after we admitted another company told us we needed a much more expensive solution, he did not try to sell us more. The technicians were on time, courteous, clean, and hard working. They left NO mess whatsoever. They completed the job as they explained they would and took the time to introduce me to the new equipment to me in a way I could understand. Our house is cool now - even the upstairs! A recent and brief cold snap even allowed us to try the heat. It's quiet and works beautifully. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. read more

Had a scheduled service for two weeks, called the day of hood installation and was informed tech was on his way. Called later and was informed we are out of their service range and they could not do the install. Their limit is Evergreen and we live an additional 10 miles in Conifer. Told them I was willing to pay a reasonable fee for the added distance. Was informed I would have to be charged for a three day job. Given this was Dalco's mistake, I would expect them to work with us and at most charge a reasonable fee for the added distance. Obviously no comment on quality of work. read more

Save yourself the trouble and contact another heating and air company. Dalco did not show up to my house on the scheduled install date, and no one called me until late in the day to inform me that my install would not take place. Communication is horrible and they will have many excuses on why they cannot execute or deliver what is promised. read more

I posted an earlier review where I gave these guys a poor rating when they seemingly "abandoned" me after coming out twice to give me a quote. It turns out that the guy who had my account left the company and didn't hand off my account to anyone. That happens - I guess I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. I'm glad that I didn't stop bugging them, because when they did finally respond with a quote, they did a great job with everything else. I'm very pleased. read more
