The staff is friendly and helpful. They answer questions and know how each kid is progressing and offer helpful tips. My 10 year old is starting 5th grade and is well ahead of her grade level in reading and math. She started the digital version when we joined the new location. I was unsure about it at first, but it's a game changer. The work gets graded faster, the kids have to do corrections before starting the next packets, and it tracks all the work and the pace. We used to do paper packets at the previous location (previous owner) and glad we switched. Kumon even gives Amazon gift card rewards when you sign up through the Kumon portal. She was super excited to shop for her own gift as a reward!

I showed up as instructed with my family and the owner "had an emergency". Finally did the tour while my husband and kids had to wait in the car, so I had to rush through the tour to keep my kids from screaming in the car and driving my husband crazy. I saw quiet a few safety issues inside but mostly outside. I emailed to thank them for the last minute tour, with kids screaming in the car and asked if we could do a second tour where my husband can see the place. No response nothing. If they treat the kids like they treat the business with little to no attention to detail I would not recommend.

Our Kindergartener was having challenges during the first few months of the school year (last year). We decided to pull the Kindergartener two months into the school year and send to Pre-K (previously skipped) and to Kumon for Math and Reading. The learning and development was instantaneous. Fast forward to 8 months later. Back in Kindergarten and the Kindergartener is 98 percentile in the country in Math and 94 percentile in Reading. Will be joining Hybrid Math for first grade - Math and Reading skills are impressive and this is all owed to Kumon and hard work! The results are similar for Second grader who is in Hybrid Math and breezing through - test scores are top percentile within country! Rohini, the owner and head instructor is amazing. Great with kids and the parents! She is dedicated, smart, professional, and takes pride in teaching and developing the kids. We love Studyology! Both my son and daughter benefited greatly from private tutoring and the ACT…read moretest prep. My son increased his ACT score 5 points after going through the test prep. He just completed his first year at the University of Arkansas and did great. My soon to be senior in high school daughter, received Physics tutoring and after a few sessions had an "Aha moment," she got it! Her tutor was patient and funny -- she needed both attributes. She is currently going through the ACT test prep and will take the ACT in October (fingers crossed). Alex has been wonderful to work with, flexible, accommodating and encouraging to my kids. From what I observed, there was a very negative atmosphere that seemed to come from one person in particular. This individual created tension among the staff, fostering a culture where everyone felt pressured and unhappy. It seemed like they encouraged negativity and even resentment toward certain people, which made the environment toxic and uncomfortable for all employees and the kids. Because of this, the energy at the center felt really bad. My child did not enjoy being there, and I could see how this negativity impacted the overall experience. It was sad to see such a promising place for children being overshadowed by poor management and toxic dynamics. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
