From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

The people at the front office are so nice and really good understanding needs. Only thing I would change is the parents portal online which now it's not really a tool, it's just there with your info. I'd love to be able to control my payments, and see documentation, etc. Overall great experience for the kids. 10 stars

The teachers and staff are phenomenal and create such a loving learning environment, and truly are invested in supporting each individual child. We get constant feedback on how our son is progressing, areas we can focus on at home to support him, and we have seen him flourish over the last 5 months, not only in his bilingualism, but socially, and with foundational content-development. Attending Spanish Schoolhouse adds a significant amount to our commute, but 100% worth it to get the quality foundation that attending SSH affords him.

Even if your baby doesn't speak Spanish I highly recommend this school, they will treat your child as if it were their own! Also the way they handled the pandemic deserves an award! Finally did the tour while my husband and kids had to wait in the car, so I had to rush through the tour to keep my kids from screaming in the car and driving my husband crazy. I saw quiet a few safety issues inside but mostly outside. I emailed to thank them for the last minute tour, with kids screaming in the car and asked if we could do a second tour where my husband can see the place. No response nothing. If they treat the kids like they treat the business with little to no attention to detail I would not recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Kiddie Academy. I posted this review on their Google page last year, and all of it still applies and so much more. They have been so amazing through all of the Covid concerns, and worked with us as parents when times were so uncertain. Here is my review from last year: I toured so many daycares before choosing one for my then 18 month old. For some reason this one did not show up on my search and we ended up at Goddard. We spent 6 months there and it was a really rough 6 months... we decided to try a different place because too many incidents continued to happen. We were referred here by a friend, and signed up at our tour. I cannot say enough good things about this center. The rooms are huge. You have the option to see your baby on camera throughout the day. The teachers are so calm and sweet. They go above and beyond the state teacher to child ratio requirement. The front door is very secure. They provide meals, cots and sheets that they wash daily, and sippy cups for you baby. They have an indoor play area for bad weather and a splash pad. Our daughter had a little accident and they were quick to call my husband and I to let us know, and we were able to watch the accident played back to us since there are cameras. Just a tiny fall. There's a million other great things about this center, but these are just the ones that our previous daycare didn't offer. We were also paying more at our previous daycare. We feel so secure here!! Everything we wanted and so much more.

She helped me with getting everything sorted out with my custody agreement and I didn't have to worry about a thing she just went and took care of it and called me as soon as she had answers. Then when I come to pick up I believe her name is Alyssa? She is always so happy and always has a smile on her face. And has been super helpful when it comes to any incidents that may happen at the school. And I love the pictures I get every week about what they are learning. Mrs. Cain- Preemptively enrolled my children in this daycare even though my ex and I share 50/50 custody and everything went down hill from there. ( They are only profit driven at least at this location) The kids continue to tell me that there is never any soap refilled in the dispensers and therefore my children were coming home sick every other week because basic safety features were not followed. Moving forward- The accounting department knew we were 50/50 custody and I asked a number of times to type up two different accounts so my ex (The FBI Special Agent) and I can keep our billing different. Things got progressively worse here and we came to a head when Mrs. Cain didn't know my children's whereabouts, even though they ride the CLA busses. How is this safe?? I own and operate a small business myself and I would never care for my patients the way CLA care for their children and respective families. I am a doctor and I am appalled that Mrs. Cain did not follow the divorce decree from day 1 and went by the verbal consent of my ex Mr. FBI Special Agent. I cannot speak any worse of this facility. My girls were called into the office and nothing was ever documented if it made the center look bad. Clearly, this business is profit driven and I will not cower to speak my mind just because my ex-husband Mr. FBI SPECIAL AGENT TRIED TO TRUMP ME and the school didn't follow our divorce decree. Ironically- Mrs. Jaimie Cain has stepped down and now they are under a different management. I had just saw his classroom and counted about nine children, clearly not a full class, when the student to teacher ratio is 1:11 and there are 2 teachers. From there, the situation became even more concerning. Rebecca went into the office, whispered with Chris, the owner, and returned stating : there were actually no spots available and my son was second on a waiting list. After voicing my concern about being told there was availability, Chris came and spoke with me promising to call me back about the availability, but that call never came. Instead, I received a generic email confirming my son had been placed on the waiting list. This experience was not just disappointing as a single mom -- it was deeply troubling as this is a faith based school. The whispering in the office, the sudden contradictions, and the lack of follow-through made it clear that honesty and transparency are not priorities at this school. I would strongly caution other parents to look elsewhere. If this is how they handle new families at the door, I shudder to think how issues are handled once a child is enrolled.

My son is very strong willed and has benefited from the kind, but firm and consistent guidance of the staff in the classroom. I'm continually amazed by how he has grown in his ability to focus and complete tasks. Ms. Diana is a treasure. When my son was struggling with follow through and obedience, Ms. Diana worked to identify some of the underlying issues and found ways to keep him engaged and challenged in the classroom. The difference in his behavior at school and at home after she made these adjustments was amazing. I feel like the school really partners with us in parenting and provides a lot of great resources and support.
