I'm absolutely appalled at the care here. Each day I addressed something to the teachers and yesterday (7/25) I actually spoke to the director demanding answers and of course there was none! Not only did we have these issues but the cleaniness of the classroom was clearly subpar considering every single day was a new illness and a huge out break of hand foot and mouth that was a revolving door! As a full time working mom I didn't have much of a choice but to continue. Although I could look past everything else what I couldn't look past was the rudeness of the management! It was made very clear from the beginning for information for billing etc. it needed to be made aware to his father. They would rudely call me and leave me multiple messages demanding that I handle it and even continued to use the wrong name for me multiple times after being corrected! We finally just decided to discontinue services as it was extremely expensive for a service that was more trouble than it was worth and we were not going to spend an elaborate amount of money to be disrespected.

my daughter has attended xplor for 8 months and it was the best decision we ever could have made…read more the management goes out of their way to address all concerns and questions. the teachers have all been absolutely amazing and treat our daughter as if she is their own. the curriculum is great and our daughter's speech has blossomed since beginning xplor. she went from being slightly delayed to being advanced in nearly every area, mostly thanks to Xplor! the kids do hands-on crafts every day, and I love getting images sent to my phone of her playing, reading, doing crafts, etc, as well as detailed information such as what they are that day, how much of each meal she ate, when her diaper was changed, how long her nap was, etc. I couldn't be more thankful for Xplor and making us and our daughter feel so safe!
