Me personally that does not matter because. They have a loving caring staff, Who will jump through hoops to help accommodate every one of my child's needs. During that time, the center closed unexpectedly with no notice due to building code violations, we experienced major billing errors, and I was confronted by staff in an immature and unprofessional manner after reporting a concern to the director. Our time here ultimately ended due to a serious breakdown in professionalism involving classroom staff. A situation that should have been handled calmly and privately escalated into dismissive and confrontational behavior in front of children, followed by defensiveness rather than accountability. The tone and manner of communication were inappropriate for a childcare setting and left me deeply concerned about how conflict is handled when parents raise concerns. This was not a decision we made lightly after many years of enrollment. Parents should also pay close attention to the billing system. I was wrongly charged over $400 and had to fight to recover the money. The billing records are unnecessarily complicated, and it is extremely difficult to reach anyone beyond the center level to correct errors. It is concerning that funds can be withdrawn without clear, accessible accountability. I share this to encourage parents to remain vigilant, not only about staff professionalism and behavior, but also about billing accuracy and how concerns are addressed. Leadership matters, but so does the conduct modeled by the adults working directly with children every day.

I now have 2 children going there. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone. (Posted in 2014) It's been a while since I reviewed this. I still have both of my children there. My youngest is now 2 and goes there full time. She loves it there. My oldest only attends for the after School program and during the summer. He is looking forward to the summer program as they usually go on some cool field trips. I am still highly satisfied with this CCY. (Edited March 2016)

My son had another kid bite him 2 or 3 times, the teachers and some of them are really good would not stay in the room, you'd always see one them assigned to the kitchen to cook meals or at the front office but not in the class room. I had problems with ants in the playground with my son several times, and ok I understand, it's outside but nothing was done "properly" to solve the issues with ants. It's just sad to see some passionated teachers without supPort to do a good job. We moved to another school that we love with several other kids from CCY who also had some of the same problems.

My daughter was there for three days and I had to remove her the third day because she was being neglected. She came home with a swollen hot rash all over her privates and it went up the back of her leg. They do not communicate with the parents. Here is exactly what hapoened in the three days that made me reconsider when I enrolled her her first day was 3/27/23 and they did not even have her in the system yet so I could not monitor her activity throughout the day. I had to call up to the school for them to give me access to her account. when I got access they posted a picture of her two or three hours later and she was in completely different clothes so I messaged them asking what happened to her pants at 9:59 am and I received no response. then at 11:54 am I messaged them again trying to see a picture of her and got no response. I then messaged them again saying "Hello?!" at 12:11 pm and I received no response then at 2:10 I messaged them again telling them I am on my way and once again no response. on 3/28/23 my mother, who is authorized in her file to pick her up, was supposed to check her out because she had a dentist appointment. so, at 6:27 am before I dropped her off I messaged them saying "Hello! today Mataalii's grandmother will be picking her up around one please send her with mataalii's grey bottle that had her milk in it so I can wash and refill it. Thank you! have a Good day!" once again no response. Then at 1:19 pm I messaged them again saying "please make sure the grey bottle is sent home with tali and also the bottle I left there yesterday please make sure it is sent home as well" once again no response and when my mother picked her up she REEKED of feces as if they rubbed poop in her clothes. on today 3/29/23 at 9:56 am I got an update saying she had poop leaking out of her diaper which means they are not changing her often enough and they are letting it sit on her because her diapers fit. then they said she was forming a diaper rash which does not happen because we put ointment on her all the time and I sent them there with some diaper ointment. then at 11:05 am, they sent another update saying the rash was spreading. At 10:29 am I sent a message to her teacher saying "can you please change her a little more often she never has blowouts with me so I would really appreciate it if you would change her diaper more often so that does not happen thank you." and at 11:33 am I sent a message saying there was diaper rash cream in her bag and to please put it on her. once again no response. when I picked her up today she had a huge rash going from her private area up the back of both her legs and when I was trying to clean it and apply the ointment they should have put on it in the first place. She was wincing and whinning as if it was hurting her. I will never be sending her back here and I would Never recommend them to anybody.

But we had an incident with a teacher screaming and saying racist slurs at my child and after that they purposely tried to make my 3 year old a get kicked out this was all in the hands of two teachers and the assistant director we filed as many reports as we could. I believe one of the teachers physically abuse my son but yet they never would pull cameras. I trusted them with my child and they failed us and many others. We paid full tuition it was one of the cheaper daycares and now we know why. I would keep your kids far away from this school. They don't have the best interest of kids they will protect their abusive employees over the kids. After all of this, they unexpectedly shut down again and this time keeping the rest of my payment for the month. I highly recommend you look at another "daycare" or else risk the hell I experienced with my daughter. Anyone interested I am glad to discuss these details with you.
