We did not have any issues finding parking when we went, but since there is no designated lot, depending on time of day or event going on around the area, it might get crowded. Restaurant was pretty empty both times we went, we were served quickly and accurately. I've tried Five Guys on the West Island and the experience has been just as good. This location is newer, not very big but still a decent amount of tables and room to eat. I love the huge windows and layout - it makes a big difference with the amount of natural sunlight coming through. Another feature I love at this location is the washroom area. There are 3 individual restrooms for total privacy and comfort, and a communal sink area on the outside. This means that you can wash your hands without entering the actual bathroom if you quickly need to rinse before or after you eat. You can also see customers as they come out of the restroom and observe if they wash their hands or not since this is out in the open. Food quality is consistent both times I went and on par with other locations. Burgers are flavorful and made to order - fries are generous. Just the poutine could be better, they serve it to you in a closed plastic container and the curds were all melted, to the point of being stretchy - I suspect they do not use fresh curds as this would not happen with fresher cheese, it should remain intact and squeeky. If you're looking for large decadent burgers and customizable options - this is the place to go. Free peanuts are also a nice touch.

This is a new restaurant that opened in June 2024, located in the trendy Espace Montmorency area in…read moreLaval. It is situated right infront of Place Bell. There is limited free street parking, and lots of paid parking underground, however this restaurant waives the fee for the first 2 hours. Just present your parking receipt upon leaving for validation. The indoor parking is genius as it is connected directly to the restaurant via elavator. During cold months or bad weather you can leave your jacket in the car, as you will not be exposed to the outside. We were here on Saturday August 3rd, our group of 5 walked in for a table around 5PM and there was still room. The restaurant was packed by 6PM therefore reservations are suggested if you plan on eating after that time. I randomly saw this place on social media and was intriged by the decor and concept. You will not be disappointed. The 80's glam and retro color and decor is tasteful and fun. Such a beautiful place to be in, they really went above and beyond with the attention to detail. Flamingo prints, neon signs, wallpaper filled with celebrities and icons from the 1980's era. Leopard prints, pink and greenish blue hues everywhere. Even the natural marble/granite countertop for the bar or bathroom sink area is specifically chosen in pinkish tones, which is something you don't see often in this age. Lots of gold/brass accents, from the door handles to the salt and parmesan shakers - they had unique gold lids instead of silver. There is a lot of booth seating, perfect for groups and outdoor area to dine in as well. The whole aesthetic is extremely pleasing and perfect to catpure photos. I can see how popular this will be for a birthday or special occasion. In terms of food, the menu has something for everyone. Mainly pizzas and pastas, and portions that you can select for an individual person or family sized to share. Our group started with the burrata and heirloom tomato appetizer which was drizzled in balsamic vinegar and oil - this was wonderful and perfect for dipping the complimentary bread in. So fresh and delcious. We then got 2 types of pizzas, the all-dressed and salsiccia, the seafood fettucini pasta dish, spaghetti and meatballs and rigatoni with rosee vodka sauce and chicken. The bread, appetizer and pasta dishes were standout - great portion and flavor. My pizza was lacking cheese and flavor - it was just OK. Seems like they skimped out on the toppings. Service was good, ambiance amazing, food good as well but not oustanding. The closest thing I have to compare the menu to is the "Enoteca Monza" italian restaurant chain. They also serve family sized portions and similar offerings. Most dishes are in the $30 dollar range, the appetizers were very expensive. The family style burrata and tomato dish was upwards of $40. They also have cakes and deserts made in house, save your appetite if you want to try it all. In all everyone enjoyed their experience but certain items on the menu are quite overpriced and pizzas were just so so- when you are paying upwards of $30 for a 14 inch paper thin pizza in a beautiful restaurant, I would expect something a bit more refined. I would come back for the pastas and general theme - I can't get over how beautiful this place is. LIke a quick vacation getaway.

They do have a touch screen terminal to order but it doesn't work that well. I lined up and placed my order for a Hamburger trio which is what I normally order at Harvey's. I was told that this place doesn't accept app or online coupons from Harvey's and only accepts the mailer coupons. I had the hamburger topped the way that I wanted and I found it to be very good. The onion rings were also good (if I compare it to the onion rings at Burger King). They had free WiFi and it worked fine with my tablet. They also still had free refills for their soft drink.

The manager was called out and immediately I felt I was going to get attitude as he asked if I had come before and I may have many months ago but he looked very familiar, like a school bully or ... a kid I used to fight with on my street, I don't know but he was a judgmental jerk and I said no, I would love to not have to ask for help, and it would be the last time, and I really appreciate it, I told him I'm doing my best to get my computer repair business going and he went behind the counter and told a woman to make me a sandwich (kidding) I heard her ask with a surprised expression "just bread"? but wasnt' sure... when I was handed the bag it felt quite light, and being extremely hungry I opened it after going out the door and it was literally just two empty buns. I tried eating them only to b e made to feel sick. I'm not one to complain usually, and go and even write a review about a place, but the way this man disrespected me was abhorrent, horrendous. If someone says they are starving you don't give them two empty buns. What the hell man. What kind of world are we living in? I went back in and calmly said someone forgot to put meat in the buns, I'm not pulling a fast one here, laughing, trying to break the thickness of the stench of monotonous spiritually deprived capitalistic energy of the place and inevitable negative reaction I would get, only to be greeted with even more attitude; he then spat out "YOU SHOULD BE GRATEFUL IF SOMEONE GIVES YOU SOMEONETHING AND SAY THANK YOU, NOT ASK FOR MORE) - i HAD SAID THANK YOU, BUT NOW I'm SAYING _______ YOU. (You can fill in the blank sir). - What, were you expecting me to come running in thanking you for giving me two frigging empty buns pal?) If I had no other place to get food and could afford it, I would rather die, than to go back to that place. It was like a nightmare. Who does that? I et he's the kind of guy that pretends to hand a homeless person 20 bucks then snatches it back and laughs. The look in his eyes was very reminiscent of people who have been bullied their whole lives and become metro cops and power trip. You know when you can just tell someone is a posterior hole? The good thing is that with coming economic crisis, he will be in the same situation, and there will be nobody willing to help, assuming there are people able to help him. I can now get back to my potential filled life, with a great prosperous, happy, and successful future, while you're living your miserable spiteful, ego driven, unfulfilled go nowhere intellectually deprived, garbage food providing life. Enjoy!
