Chez Truchon is a fine dining experience build into a home I can only describe as 'elevated cozy' perfected with the friendly and warm staff. Notice how I add a quotation because the portion was anything but small, instead it was 3 flavor packed taste of French-Canadian cuisine interjected with delicious complementary tasting dished and I almost forgot the crispy and chewy dinner bread that made a strong introduction to our meal. I have to end this review highly recommending any traveler to not miss this restaurant. From appetizer to dessert, the food was excellent! This dinner stop ended up as a highlight and unforgettable part of my trip to La Malbaie.
