It also came with a large plate of fries. At the end of the meal I was given a bottle of Pedro Ximenez and some Toblerone. Would actually come back to Madrid just for that meal. I normally don't like potatoes, and my trip has already been full of filling potatoes, but the potatoes here were my favorite as it was full of meat flavor and herbs. The pork itself was also very juicy, soft, tender, falls off the bone easily. The skin offers a great contrast; crunchy but equally flavorful.
