I did both the underarm and the brazilian laser procedures and I was very impressed with both Helene and the results! Very disappointed with a recent sclerotherapy service. I have had these treatments for years somewhere else. Past treatments cost me $425 which included treating full legs, front & back, from ankles to thighs. I decided to try La Bella and was told on the phone the treatment was $325. It was not clarified that the price was per vial. $700 later I was treated only on the front of my calves. I had to tell the technician no more otherwise I would have been spending over $1,000. Which is totally ridiculous. So much solution was injected in the few treated areas that it resulted in raised areas with a wide red rash around. I called the office manager to see if they could at least offer a discount for the service and I was offered a discount for any other service I might want in the future. The explanation was that different areas charge different prices. Well where I went before was in North Potomac, I would say they would be more expensive. That doesn't really help, I have spent $700 on a treatment that did not correct the problem to begin with. And now I'm being asked to have faith in a future service and spend more! I will not go back. My advice ask a lot of questions, and then ask more before deciding to go here. Will not recommend! read more

Helene is amazing! I am having laser hair removal on my legs and was scared to do it given that I was nursing and could not use numbing ointment. I was pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful experience and the pain was minimal. I find all of the staff at the spa to be wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxing. I will be going back! Just finished my 4th round of laser hair reduction and I couldn't be happier. The process is long waiting 10 weeks between appointments but SO worth it in the end.
