After being a loyal customer for 4+ years! I would NEVER go back again! The worst facial ever! I feel I got scammed for a treatment that I can do it at home! Don't get any facials because you will get more like a massage than actually a facial! Don't expect extraction or a deep cleanse facial because you won't get it! Facials are basic and more like diy type of thing! When I called I specifically asked for a deep cleanse facial where they extract and remove blackheads and impurities and all I got was a massage! This is not the first facial I got there, I got multiple and I always left unhappy but I thought it was my fault for not communicate my needs till today! Ive gotten in the past a vitamin c, glycolic peel and hydrafacial . I gave them another chance today and the way I was scammed it was unbelievable. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE! read more

Currently on my 4th microdermabrasion treatment and Julia does a great job every time! My skin is feeling smoother and acne haven't been appearing like they use to. I went in a couple time when I would have a open wound from popping a spot (oops haha) and Julia zaps it with a static electricity like machine (complimentary) and it helps it heal much faster than normal. I always leave super relaxed even though I just had tiny needles in my face! The staff are all super nice too. She always asks if I want water. Very pleasant experience each time. Amazing customer service! Dark skin laser friendly! I truly enjoyed my experience here at MedRevive! The staff was friendly and the suite was super clean. They even sprayed the seating area with Lysol after guests got up. I enjoyed my experience so much that I booked some other treatments they had available! The deals were out of this world. Chem burn for $100. I am an African american woman (skin is skin regardless of ethnicity) I've had several chem peels in CA, VA, DC. This place I went to twice. And this was the result. I looked at reviews for med revive && it was great so I gave it a try, being local. But w. My own experience i won't go back. I felt like I paid $100 to get a permanent burn mark. I got fortunate that an MD fixed it for cheaper With only 1 product. Not like several free products medrevive gave me that made it worse. read more

STAY AWAY from them!!!! The owner called us when he saw this review. He threatened us and he said he know who we are and where we live. He will ruin our businesses and he will post 1 star reviews on our business!!! He said his daughter(the manager of their business lol) cried all night and he will ruin our business because of the review we posted (which was all accurate). We recorded the whole conversation when he called us. Then when another family member called him to see what the problem is, he denied everything he said (not knowing we have it all on recording) I had to call the police to open a case, extremely aggressive person and we feel threatened by him and his family. COVID-19 Update: Who else here has been watching their face age while in endless online meetings? It's been a little over a year since I was at Medrevive because back in March I thought I would be working from home for about a month vs. ten-plus months. I've been very careful about staying at home and only visiting businesses and services that are taking precautions with a high degree of safety. This past week I went to MedRevive and once again had a great and safe experience. Their rules for the space are very clear - you will out a survey and send it in beforehand, have your temperature taken when you arrive, and wait to enter the lobby until you are the only person and they are ready for you. Once you are checked in you quickly go to your treatment room, which has been deep cleaned and disinfected before you enter. While working on your face, Mohe always has a mask and a face shield for protection and does a lot of hand sanitation. The Botox and Juvederm look great (I actually looked friendly and happy on my last zoom call!) and, most importantly, I felt safe and well cared for. Next up I will try an IPL facial in addition to Botox and fillers - I'm picky (my husband works in health research) and they are doing a great job. read more

I am so disappointed on this clinic, not even a phone call or an email to set appointment or just to tell me they wont take me or my money? I walked in and ask for prices and everything looked fine, I canceled the consultation for a last minute trip 4 hours away because I could not changed it, I wanted to make sure I was available to ask the right questions. The hydrafacial was a complete waste of money. The peel was so weak, I didn't feel anything. It was essentially an overpriced facial. Went back for a glycolic peel (Groupon) to give them another shot, but they still fell short. I felt nothing.. No penetration/burn/tingle that I have felt with even milder peels. I would not recommend this place for peels. I wish I could get my money back. read more

Medrevive is an elegantly decorated, clean medical spa conveniently located and fair priced. Mohe does beautifully, natural-looking and effective Botox injections. Furthermore, I recently got a photofacial from Melissa. At first I was skeptical, but after a week my spots started to fade. Although I saw a noticeable decrease in pigmentation, after only one treatment I still have quite a bit of hyperpigmentation, so I look forward to the continued results with my next treatment(s). I have been going to Mohe for about 2 yrs. now. I have had Botox, fillers and IPL. Every time it turned out perfectly. The IPL got rid of a lot of brown spots and my skin looks so clear. Mohe took pictures so you can see results. Everything she does is amazing and has made me look younger than my 65 years. The front staff is so warm and friendly and really make you feel welcome. I meant to update this to include a chemical peel I recently had (2 weeks ago on Saturday). I got a reminder phone call from Susan- very professional and she was also there on Saturday when I went in. You actually get a reminder email and/or phone call. The entire staff is courteous, friendly, competent and calm. I was nervous about the peel as I am black woman (brown skin) and read a little too much about side effects, but the staff is experienced, will walk you through the expectations and instructions. My skin peeled the entire week (which is a little bit tough with work, but I knew this was going to happen and what to do about it, thanks to he staff). So far I went for 3 microderm (groupon deal) & the peel so you can say I am definitely a satisfied customer. You can ask them for specials or deals instead of going through groupon. I wish I knew about this place a while back, they can actually deal with any type of skin color/condition, so if you are hesitant, this may be a place to try out a treatment. read more
