The first time I visited Jenny's was a long time ago, pre-pandemic. I don't remember who did my hair, but she wasn't very friendly and seemed to be under an immense amount of stress. Even after making an appointment, I remember sitting in the lobby for a long time waiting to be seen. My stylist was also double booked, even though I was only getting a haircut. I remember sitting in my chair waiting for her to come back. She had to get someone else to shampoo me.... Fast forward, I booked with someone who doesn't work there any more. I remember being on the phone with the "receptionist," she wasn't very friendly and didn't have good communication skills. When I arrived to the salon, there was no one sitting behind the desk to greet me. I sat in the lobby for at least 10 minutes with no greeting. I had to walk to the back to find my stylist. My stylist was amazing and did a great job with my hair. She is the only reason I'm not giving one star. The more recent visit, it was absolute chaos with people running around everywhere, no product to shampoo with, and dirty sinks. I remember one stylist -in-training being absolutely obnoxious and unprofessional, making inappropriate statements to my stylist while I was in the chair. I have followed my stylist to a new place so I haven't been back to Jenny's in a while. I hope things can change for their sake.

There were only two technicians but fortunately only one other customer also getting a pedicure. I received a friendly greeting and welcome. The salon was clean with all new furniture and massage pedicure chairs which were very nice! As I was getting my pedicure, another 2 customers came in for a pedicure. They were immediately seated at a station and water was run for their feet while they waited. My pedicure seemed a bit rushed after that, no wax used and heels and toes weren't exfoliated as is usual. It was a good pedicure but a bit expensive- $35 plus small tip.
