Well the food is great but it's not always about the food also customer service well there was a lady who brought my food and I gave her a twenty and I got no change back she took the twenty and walked away really fast and I never told her that she had a tip which I was gonna give her but she just took it for herself. read more

La Bellas Pizza on Hillside .New owners have "upgraded" the place and destroyed what was once excellent pizza. Just ordered a 20" pepperoni,black olive and mushroom pizza..dough was bland and chewy. The pizza was bland and very obviously lacked seasoning. I mean seriously a little salt pepper and oregano goes a long way. Ive had better frozen pizzas that had more flavor. When I called to tell them how disappointed I was with the product, the girl offered that the reason why the dough wasnt right is because it didnt have enough time to rise and get airy...well if its not ready then you shouldnt serve it. This pizza shop was recommended by a nearby RV park. Had pizza delivered cold and tasted somewhat edible. Salad and wings were fresh and tasted good. Delivery was within the allotted timeframe given. That's about all I can say for this place. read more

As a New York-er I can tell you this is absolutely New York style pizza the way it is supposed to be.

Pizza is good won't knock them on that, but they have a HORRIBLE problem with getting orders right. Have ordered NUMEROUS times and on quite a few occasions order is completely wrong OR the pizza isn't not even sliced LOL (you got one job). After waiting nearly 2 hours for a delivery that was originally supposed to arrive around 45minutes the pizza finally gets here and wow... asked for a half and half but looked like they just threw it all on the middle of the pizza.. Not the type to complain I understand crap happens but time after time after time these people are just lazy or have no pride in their work. read more

I was passing through town and decided to order delivery pizza to my hotel. Looked at yelp and this was the highest rated place that delivered. Not sure about how much experience the other yelpers have with NYC (or any other pizza), but this is not it. If you're looking for something like Grimaldis or Lombardis, you are at the wrong place. Doughy, almost soggy crust, not thin at all, and certainly not crispy; toppings were average at best, nothing special to note here (I had a pepperoni/mushroom/banana pepper pizza). This is about as average and run of the mill as you can get. To call this a step up from Dominos/Pizza Hut/Papa John et. al. is quite an overstatement. Is it better than a frozen pizza from the grocery store? Maybe. For a $12.50 medium pizza (without tip), this was a pretty below average experience. read more

This pizza place is the best pizza place in town. Anytime my family is craving pizza we always go here! Even when we don't want pizza they have so much more. The employees are wonderful and will gladly help with anything. The delivery drivers are always fast and kind. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful! The store is always clean and nice and cool in the summer. I always recommend people going here. I would rate it ten stars but it only gives me the option to choose five! read more

Today we ordered some food from them. The order had onions when we didn't order them. So I called and spoke with a manager who told me I was wrong then began to yell and use fowel language. We then called and asked for them to come get the food and bring us our refund and even though they agreed, they never showed. I then called the other store for and ask the owner or person in charge could call me. Never ended up calling either. Worst business ever. read more

We ordered several kinds of food from here one night. They have several options, which is great, but it doesn't really matter if the food is gross. The pizza is ok, nothing like other chains but that's to be expected. The one reason I will not eat here again is the coleslaw. It was extremely sour and obviously outdated. I tried my hardest not to puke at my dinner table while i was gagging trying to scrape the coleslaw out of my mouth. If they can't keep up something simple like coleslaw, what else is expired while still being sold? You can't serve food like that! read more

Just ordered three pizzas. One of the 3 pizzas was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out and they just dumped cold mushrooms on it. This is unusual for us as most of the time the pizza has been okay. We called just to inquire if they had changed their recipe so we know to order or not in the future. The jerk on the phone said "I have been making pizzas all day, there is nothing wrong with the pizzas we sent out, we're busy, what do you want" Hmmm. Love that panhandle spirit. Good for the owners that they can do enough business where one customer can be sacrificed. Their pizza is average, slow delivery, and overpriced. Pizza Hut will do. read more

Do not recommend this place. Bad tasting food. Bad service. Ordered steak and cheese sub, meatball sub, onion rings, mini tacos, Diet Coke. Steak and cheese sub made with fake steak like steakum, but not good, kind of rubbery. Bread was soggy. Flavors bland. Meatball sub had very little sauce, meatballs had odd flavor, some spice I didn't like, bread soggy. Onion rings tasted so so, but we're soggy and cold. Mini tacos were like ones you get out of a freezer bag. Some spice to them, but flavor was not good. Had this food delivered and it was 45 minutes later than they promised. Driver said they sent him to 3 different places and gave him the wrong info about where we were. Don't blame the driver. I blame the whoever DID NOT LISTEN TO ME WHEN I GAVE VERY GOOD DIRECTIONS ABOUT WHERE TO DELIVER. What a disappointment this place was. Talked to them on the phone a couple more times when food was late and one of the times the person hung up on me. I so don't recommend this place. read more
