When picking up the order we checked and my supreme calzone that he specifically said no mushrooms had mushrooms! That was all fine mistakes happen. There was more than enough cheesecake to satisfy the whole family--12 thick, rich slices that were absolutely decadent. The texture was super creamy and indulgent, just the way cheesecake should be. **Update: someone from the team contacted me and fixed the situation so I gave another star and will give them another try in future. After giving them many chances on cheese curds, and they fixed it once, I will not order them anymore. For the record, I get La Bella because my son loves their pizza. Truth is, ya never know if it's going to be good or disappointing. It's been 50/50 past few years. It wouldn't let me post a pic on their website of these hollow, burnt, greasy, crumbles that should be soft, tasty, slightly crunchy on outside cheese curds. My son's pizza was fine, no issues, driver was polite. Much better than last time when their driver asked if I had tipped. Wth?! I always tip, check receipt rather than being rude.. The African American woman who takes the orders lied to her Boss the owner and the district manager said the audio told them I said different, but when I said I wanted to come hear it Rowdy from the hillside store said it was against the law and changed his manners. The woman told me she didn't know where the owner was when I asked, and I found out from Rowdy that he was the one making the Pizzas in the back, So they would lie with everything that came out of their mouths, and I had been going to La Bella's since I first moved here way back in 2002 when I moved to Texas, I give them ZERO stars and I will never spend almost $100 on pizza in any of their stores again ever. read more

If you want food like what they serve here, all you need to do is go down to Walmart and buy you some frozen meals. Because that's all this is. The staff is no better and it's a hit or miss if you will get good customer service, because the owner doesn't care how they act and would rather lose customers than correct the issues at his stores. Also, they never clean their stores like they're supposed to and the employees hardly ever wash their hands. So it's a 50/50 chance you're going to get contaminated food. And if you have a legitimate complaint, know 100% that it will go ignored and they will blame you for all the problems they caused. I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company. A NYC slice in Amarillo, TX? You better believe it. La Bella is a breath of fresh air in this city. Amarillo has plenty of the generic, delivery pizza places (Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's, Pizza Planet, CiCi's) and it also has several authentic, Italian pizza places (575, Fireslice, Pescaraz, Carolina's). This place is the only place you can get a "New York" slice delivered to your door. What is a "New York" pizza? It's generally bigger with the dough rolled out thinly. The slices are cut wide. Each slice is floppy and it's difficult to pick up. The secret is to roll up your slice at the crust and it makes it easier to hold. The only thing that isn't New York about this restaurant is that they don't offer any single slice options. You gotta buy an entire pie. In true NY fashion, I ordered the largest pie they had. 24 inches across! I ordered it with mushrooms, banana peppers, and green bell peppers. For a 24" pizza with 3 toppings it's $22. Not cheap, but it's not unreasonable when you consider how HUGE it is and that it's delivered straight to your doorstep. The cheese is gooey, the toppings are steaming hot, and I love that the bottom of the crust isn't greasy. Their menu is pretty extensive. Besides their pizzas, they offer pastas, seafood, ribs, chicken wings, sandwiches, and all kinds of finger foods. I have yet to try any of these additional menu items but that's only because I love their pizza. It's not the best pizza in the world, but there's a certain charm to eating this pizza when you're 1800 miles away from New York. Wow! If you want authentic and true Italian style "pie" pizza this is your place! We got a 24 inch 3 meat and a 14 inch cheese and 14 black olive and meatball and I got to tell you, had to leave the diet program in the review mirror. The pizza was HOT, it was FRESH and best of all the crust was light and airy but has that chewy tug to it. You know the tug? When you are licking the cheese off your chin and tugging ever so slighting on the crust and chewing like a cow with the cud! People, I'm truly shocked that I've eaten that same tasting pizza of the national chains for so long. They gave us fresh grated Parmesan cheese packets without an extra charge. I can tell you we have a brand new "go to" pizza spot! I can't wait to try the other items on the menu. I am difficult to please, anyone can tell you that I was a "Karen" before it was kewl. Being a pizza place supplied by Lisanti, I expected at least decent food for our night in Amarillo. The crust was rubbery and the cheese and toppings were sparse. Delivery took much longer than quoted. Their "wings" are not buffalo wings, but are delivered with a cup of ranch and several packets of "Cholula" Mexican hot sauce. I can appreciate Cholula on the appropriate dish, but when I order buffalo wings, I expect buffalo wings. 2 stars at best. Order Pizza Hut or Papa Johns instead. read more

Awesome pizza and great delivery! I really like this place. I love the pepperoni pizza and wing's with spicy BBQ. I've also heard that they have really good ribs that are really moist and come right off the bone, I think I will try that next time. As for delivery, they were at my door within 45 minutes, they told me it would be between 45 min to an hour. Driver was really nice so I tipped him. The Managers at La Bellas just hung up on me after I told him our hotel would no longer post their flyers or recommend them. One of our VIP guests just ordered a pizza from them, when it arrived it was not thin crust (which he had ordered), so he sent it back. Of all the pizza places I've visited, La Bella is the top of my list. It has a Brooklyn-type feel to it, and that includes the menu. They have a multitude of menu items, for anyone that's not in the mood for pizza, and the service is very reliable. I could call in an order during a 30 minute lunch break, and it would be ready in 10 minutes or so. Very affordable prices for such high quality, even better than nearly all low-quality chain pizza chains in Amarillo.
