I first reached out to Melinda asking if I could come see the tanning beds before I committed to a membership and she was very hesitant in letting me do so. However, she let me come in and take a look and the second I got there she was so short with me and told me "I have groceries in the car so I only have a few minutes" in the sassiest way. I looked over the salon and it's pretty trashy but it was close to my home and convenient that it's 24/7 so I payed for the membership. However, when I tanned for the first time the tanning bed was HORRIBLE. It took 4 minutes out of my 5 minute tanning time to even heat up! I was sitting there on a stone cold old creaking tanning bed! So of course I asked her for a cancellation and refund of my membership to which she replied very rudely and said she would still charge me for the key and one tan and all the fees. Which is understandable but I ended up paying $51.60 for an AWFUL experience! I just feel like normal owners would immediately want to apologize and fix the problem instead of getting mad at ME and my bad experience. She said she would send an email to me explaining the charges. I didn't see the email for a few days so I kindly texted back saying I still hadn't received one and she got SASSY! I told her I wasn't mad just wanted to figure things out and AGAIN a mean text! So I decided to make a yelp account and leave a review. My goodness. And I never ask for refunds but it was a lot of money I paid and wanted to take my business elsewhere. In short, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS EVER!
