I love getting my waxes done here. All of the EWC's are great as always but the staff here especially is always welcoming. I usually have my son with me which any mother knows is tough when you are trying to accomplish something. They are always so sweet to us both and totally understanding that he's just a baby and I can't drop him off anywhere in order to come in. They don't care if he's fussy or when he starts acting up and are always so professional and kind. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Even if I'm late trying to come in to my appointment time they will still squeeze me in with whoever is available and I have no complaints about any members of their staff. It's a little pricy but in comparison around town quite reasonable. And if you're a frequent customer, there are other offers for people in order to save money. You also don't have to pay it all up front, they can break it up into easier payments which is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my wax treatments.

I have been going shorter and shorter over the last year or so, and I was ready to try something fun and different, and much shorter than I was used to. Since I didn't have anyone I regularly used, I called a few places in Aurora. None of them could get me in when I wanted, which was same day or at least this weekend, (which I totally get - I was looking for a last minute haircut when salons are just opening back up). So I searched in Centennial and found this salon and after reading the very positive reviews, decided to call. Fariba got me in within a few hours! When I got there, I looked in the mirror, and realized I hated the box dye job I had done since I couldn't get my normal color from Sally's due to COVID. I asked if she could maybe help with the color and she helped me select the perfect shade. She understood IMMEDIATELY the kind of haircut I wanted and worked with my fine but wavy/curly/straight-depending-on-which-strand-you-are-looking-at hair with a confidence and expertise that I haven't really seen before. She totally understood how to cut my hair, and did a fabulous job creating the look I wanted. She was clearly more interested in making sure I was happy than she was with just making money. She could have taken less time or charged more and it would have been "fine". But she is clearly not interested in providing an experience that is just fine- what she provides is excellence and I feel so lucky to have found her. I can't wait to go back! I absolutely love my hair!

Since there was a removal, I chose the $70 service, but the labels were not clear so I really didn't know what I was booking. Apparently I was booking a fill but I'm still not clear on that. If that's what costs $70, they're crazy. And what would I have gotten for $60? I wound up being charged $85 to remove and apply a full Gel-X set. Worse yet, Sandy did a very sloppy job. I asked for coffin short. She used coffin medium and said she would cut and shape them. That would have been fine if she paid more attention to detail. She was very careless in the endeavor, even filing and clipping while looking elsewhere! There is gel polish on my skin, my natural nail edges are very rough and show prominently underneath, there is a lot of gel spillover left on the undersides, the edges of my nails have waves and nicks in the polish. I was $105 light after tip and can't believe I paid that for this mani. I would love to know where a good nail salon exists in this area because I can't seem to find one. I'll by lucky if this polish lasts a week. Cheap garbage.
