It was thin and runny, closer to a BBQ type of sauce like St-Hubert style rather than the thick brown gravy. I found everything could have used more flavor. There is only 1 size poutine and it was on the small size. Considering this is some type of historical institution that's been around since 1929, I expected to be charmed but the food was very average and on the expensive side.
