The beer was served perfectly cold--crisp, refreshing, and exactly what you want from a local craft spot. You can tell they take pride in what they're pouring. They had a food truck on-site (always a win) and live music that made the whole experience even better. It felt like the kind of place you could easily spend a few hours just hanging out and enjoying the atmosphere. We'll absolutely be stopping by again next time we're in the area. The building is WONDERFUL, refurbished with a fire station feel. We spoke with a really nice gal who (I'm so blowing it with these details, sorry!) is the owner's girlfriend and she runs that place like a boss! It's clean, has great events and music, and my favorite...their social media is spot on. Oh wait....the beer?! Good stuff right here! Down to earth people and good beer. They didn't have any flights available but you can get tasters and half pours. So that's what I did. The Brewcaipa (4): a little piney and danky which I love. Wild Parody (5): super crisp and surprisingly not too punchy. Solid DIPA. Lazier haze of a daze (5): smooth. Sweet. Tasty. Excellent hazy double! Brewaii (5): wow! I'm impressed. pronounced coconut flavor. kudos to Vince the brewmaster! It's pronounced like 'Hawaii' BTW. Smokin hot blonde (5): yes, named after the owner (or so I'm told). good spice kick and smooth finish. I ended up filling my growler with the wild parody. They had some amazing Mexican food set up when I was there on a Saturday afternoon. Their chorizo tacos were my favorite. When I stopped by, my intentions were to get a few samples, fill my growler, and then take off. Located in a beautiful area in Yucaipa, with plenty of shops and parking around, you will have plenty to do! When I went to Brewcaipa, there was a good vendor outside the building, as they don't sell food at the brewery! When I walked in, I was surprised to see how massive this brewery is! It almost feels like they have loads of space for entertainment but currently they just have tables, no games, no live music (at least when I went). They made what could have been a stressful situation completely effortless. Scott & Lauren went above and beyond to make the evening special for us. From adding personal touches to the menu to closing the space for a private event, their attention to detail and hospitality truly eased our minds during such a busy time. Pretty cool spot in Yucaipa. I tried the salt and lime lager. It was good and my husband had the Brewcaipa and he also enjoyed his beer. They had a live band tonight that was doing a great job working the crowd with entertainment. A couple of things that that stood out: Kids at a brewery. This place pretty much only sells beer and they have a food truck outside but it's predominantly a bar. No biggie, just a something I noticed. If you have a family and want a night out, this place seems to be child friendly while you enjoy your drinks. I liked the atmosphere, I liked the NRA applications on the barrel in front of the restrooms but it's pretty clear this bar is for a certain demographic. Nothing wrong with that. Just something I noticed. On the plus side, the server gals were really nice! The band was awesome and the drinks do what they're supposed to! read more

Before hitting dinner with friends in Redlands, we all took a drive through Yucaipa where we had heard there was a local brewery. We stopped at Brewciapa and were sure glad we had made this trek! Brewciapa is a quaint little brewery located in old town Yucaipa. Brewciapa and is decorated with simple long high tables and chairs to match the look of old town where you can watch some large screen TVs with various sporting events in addition to my favorite channel, Chive TV. Maybe it was just the time of day, but this brewery was not packed with people with made our visit more enjoyable as our group could talk without yelling and enjoy our beer. We all ordered flights of beer to find out what this place had to offer. Among the beers we tried were, Brewciapa IPA, Boulevard Blond, The Red Dragon, Wee Bit O' Rum, Boondock Brown, Brewaii Nights, Diablo Brebaje and Golden Grind. You know what we found out, Brewciapa brews some really good good beer. All the flavors were distinct and unique. Each beer tasted better than the last. Brewciapa sure beat going out this way to try Hanger 24 which was just average at best. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and our group really enjoyed our time in this brewery before heading to dinner. We will be coming back to Brewciapa for drinks as we also want to explore the old town area as well as venture into Oak Glen to see what they have to offer. I recommend trying Brewciapa if you are out in that area and enjoy craft beer. I don't think you will be disappointed by this brewery and look forward to seeing them at various craft beer events in the IE. read more

I wanted to leave a better review. But unfortunately I cannot; Brewcaipa has potential, BUT they need an over haul of improvement in regards to their procedures involving events being open to the public & adult only & family events (THIS INCLUDES SAFETY). I was at Brewcaipa recently, and what I saw was a country themed bar with fantastic choice in catering and local live music. However, despite the great music and food selections, I saw adults bringing their children. I found this strange, why are adults bring children to a local bar? Well a minor under the age of 10 walked in with her parents. And she began to dance on the dance floor constantly doing the splits, throwing her light up teddy bear up in the air, dancing wildly, not being mindful of other guests and the band members and not under parental supervision. I became worried for this child as she became the only minor on the dance floor; as she was constantly doing the splits, people were cheering her on, whooping and clapping. This is a minor child, dancing by herself, without her parents paying much attention or taking any action to protect and or parent their daughter. Also, the X-mas tree made of kegs, this girl was tossing her light up teddy bear up in the air pretty close to that structure. What would happen if her bear knocked a keg over or hit a guest with her bear? This can cause so many unsafe situations for children! Also there are guests entering and exiting the establishment who have been drinking, this is a perfect opportunity for a child predator to snatch up a minor and easily escape without being noticed. This child could have caused such a calamity: she could've mistakenly tripped an adult who could've been intoxicated, or as mentioned break/knock something down and or hit someone with her teddy bear. In conclusion: I think Brewcaipa needs safety measures and rules in place to protect guests and prevent potential crimes being performed. I believe this establishment should be adults only and that children should be left at home otherwise select a more family friendly location rather than a bar full of adults drinking alcohol. Brewcaipa has so much potential but the owners and employees need to have better training and perhaps create safety measures to prevent harmful incidents. I don't recommend this location to families but only to adults of proper drinking age (21). If you're a family looking to attend an event here at Brewcaipa this even is not recommended and instead go elsewhere for family entertainment. read more

Clean place. Very spacious. Great for big groups for sure. Service by Angela the bartender that day was great. She was very informative and she liked the music selection we add to the play list lol.
