The store was packed with holiday shoppers and merchandise was in disarray. It was impossible to find anything, and I didn't see any employees to get help. Finally at the register, I had the unworn boots in the original box and my receipt, but didn't bring the credit card I'd used. They were not able to refund my card, but issued a store receipt. I've returned items at other stores where they can refund the card used with the bard code info. This Marshalls is the closest one to me, but over 150 miles, a 2 1/2-3 hour drive. And Marshalls does not have online shopping. I wasn't able to use the store card at that time - the store was a mess. Because of the lack of employees for assistance, because the store was so messy, and because they were not able to refund my purchase, with receipt, to my card, I give them a one-star rating.

I sent them a message and asked if there was anyway I could purchase and have these shorts shipped to Canada, I was expecting to hear no and they said sure no problem. A little over a week and I had my shorts! So glad I stumbled across them. I recommend to check out their page on FB they load a few new photos almost daily of the items featured in their store. I have also ordered a pair of the same shorts for my friend over the phone and the sales lady took and submitted my order, it took two minutes and she was very pleased to help me with my order. The emails are a bit slower with communication which is understandable since they are working so If you see something you like it will be faster to call in your order. I highly recommend!

The absolute only thing that I would change is that I wish it was a super Target so we could get our fresh produce and additional food like meat here too. I miss getting my steaks at Target like I did in Albuquerque because it was fantastic quality for great prices. The online ordering for pick up has been overwhelmed and slow with the holidays lately but that's how it is everywhere. Just a part of life! I've found it easier to just run in and grab what I need myself. However, when things are slower, I do really like the drive pickup system.

A lot of people collect them and there's no telling how many other people he turned away saying they didn't have them so he can pick and choose who he gives them to. I was sold a set of furniture being told it was thick grain leather and it was not because my dog scratched it and that's when I found out it was paper thin leather. Around 5-6 weeks later, after speaking to the case manager assigned to my case, Cheyenne, she was no help and very rude and quiet frankly , she doesn't back her own colleagues and she flat out refuses to even try to help the customer who was lied to about the first set of furniture. The manager at the Odessa store, stepped in to help me as that is the store I bought my furniture. She was very professional and understanding to her customers. No wonder she is the general manager of the store. She took back the old furniture and showed me the correct set that asked for in the beginning. Fast forward to today, my new furniture arrived and the guys who delivered the furniture, could not have been any nicer !!!
