Christian is very friendly and seems to be very passionate about his work. He took the time to learn more about me (health, life style, injuries, etc). These are all important things to learn about a patient. I'll be scheduling more sessions in the coming months. His office is located in West Hollywood near Santa Monica and La Cienega. While it's mostly street parking in the area, that little parking lot at the corner (the west side of the building) is fair game. I park there all the time for kickboxing.

It's hard to find a good healer who truly listens and cares about his patients. It's going to be two months receiving his treatment consistently every week and I have felt a HUGE improvement. I just love talking to him and learning more about Chinese medicine. Acupuncture is AMAZING. His space feels safe as well as his presence. If you're skeptical about needles and wonder if it even does anything, if you walk into his place open minded and let go of that, you'll find a huge reward. There's a reason why acupuncturist have to go through years of studying and practice! If I could give him 10 stars I would. I'm so happy I found him!

After having a positive first impression and experience I purchased a series of ten Accupuncture sessions for $1000.00 at the end of my first session. I tried making follow-up appointments on her online appointment system only to be told by Mona that she never got them. She told me I should call her for appointments because the online system was not accurate. Mona was not good at returning calls so booking an appointment required a couple of calls before getting a response from her. For my fourth appointment I left a couple of messages and Mona did not return my calls at all. I ran into Mona about a month ago outside of her new WeHo location. While exchanging greetings and briefly chatting with Mona I reminded her of her failure to return my calls for my last attempt to make an appointment. She stated she'd not gotten my messages and suggested I come in for treatments at the new location. A couple weeks later I stopped by the WeHo location while in the area and although Mona was not in I asked the receptionist to make an appointment. After about ten minutes of failed attempts on the computer she said it was a new system and she'd have to check with Mona to confirm her schedule before booking an appointment. I said I'd call Mona and schedule. I called Mona a couple of times and left messages asking her to call me to schedule an appointment. True to form, Mona did not return my calls. I pre-paid $1000 for a series of ten treatments. In return I received three treatments. Mona's business practices are unprofessional, unethical and dishonest. A huge waste of money and energy. Very disappointing.

I confirmed my request over the phone, at the front desk, and again with the masseuse. Instead, I was given a generic Swedish massage that felt incredibly lazy, and did absolutely nothing for my foot pain, the entire reason I came in. The masseuse was polite, but clearly disengaged, and worked with the effort of someone who was already done for the day. For a "full body" massage, he completely missed my shoulders, my head, large portions of my legs, and spent about 15 seconds on my neck. My arms and hands were also severely neglected. The "foot massage" portion was almost exclusively stretching. Hardly any effort at all. I've gotten better massages from my cat when she kneads on my back. I drove 45 minutes each way and left with the same pain I arrived with. When I brought this up with the front desk, the two men working didn't put any effort into finding a solution. They just took my friend's certificate, and tucked it away. I was told they'd do reflexology "next time", as if I was ever going to come back. If a business advertises reflexology, they should actually provide it when a customer books it. Extremely disappointing, borderline insulting experience, and not at all worth the time or funds. My friend spent good money on this gift certificate, and it was wasted on a service I never received. At the very least, they should refund her. TL;DR: I didn't get what I ordered, and what I got fell completely short. Zero stars. Zero effort.
