Spread over 2 floors,…read moreit boasts a massive 33 foot screen perfect for enjoying sports games and lots of comfy banquets and tables for groups. The first location opened downtown earlier this year, also in the Bell Centre but it is a larger variant with 3 floors and an even bigger screen. The tavern is the perfect sports bar for hab's fans that want to enjoy more refined food in an upscale setting. The food features all your classics like wings, burgers, steaks and poutine, but with certain twists like foie gras, truffle oil and oyster appetizers. The happy hour deals monday to friday are good, there are discounted beverages and 1$ oysters. If you dine after 10pm, there is also a selection of dishes for 10$. The food is delicious, however a bit on the pricy side as to be expected. Also to make it even more expensive, there is no free parking for clients. You have to park in the Bell Center, during event nights it's 12$, otherwise you take a chance by parking across the street in the stores' lots. Paying for parking is kind of a deal breaker for me, I'm suprised they didn't have some arrangement for clients - as there is a gym in the same building that offers parking passes. Great place to come experience the beautiful decor and massive screen if you want to be wowed, however I can't picture this as a regular dining spot due to parking issues and expensive food.

The location is very pretty and roomy with huge TV screens to watch sport events. Food is decent. Ordered the Fish and Chips. Not a generous portion but quite edible. I wouldn't recommend it if it's your first experience. Tiny sauce to come with it (what's up with this new trend everywhere? Give me SAUCE!). Fries were decent. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Due to a family friendly event, lots of kids were here, so consider that for what it's worth. Price-tag is a little high given what I'm eating but I would assume folks are here given to circumstance (aka attending events). Parking is free as long and you use the Place Bell one "only for the dining experience"? Kind-of pointless. Overall, it's a decent food experience but not something I'd go out of my way to re-experience.

It's Christmas time, the decor is heavily themed which is nice. Chair with elf backing, lights and many other things. A nice touch. Service was good this time. Fast to be welcomed once seated, food came fast, beverage too and even the check-in while eating to be sure everything is ok and afterward for desert and bill. A nice fresh experience. The payment machine default to 18, 20 and 22%. Law dictate its suppose to start at 15%. I took the jack bbq cheeseburger. It was good. Nothing to write poem about. The meat was kind of blend though, like if. It wasn't seasoned. There was a bbq sauce that I would love having more to give more taste. The bacon was properly cooked. Overall, I would take it again if I was coming back here but I would go at other place around for a burger if I had the choice. I took it with the poutine instead of fries. It give you a very small poutine. I felt like I was eating a mc Donald poutine. Same type of fries and the sauce is more like a chicken sauce like you would get at Saint-Hubert. My wife took the Mac N cheese with Buffalo chicken. It was mildly spicy. It was again good but not a detour plate. If you come here, you can safely take it but not a I must go at jack eat it. All in all, the experience was better then what we usually get, specially in term of services. Food was good ish, ok. For the price, I feel there's better venue around.

The menu has the regular pub food options, a mix of nachos, tacos, burgers and steaks. Service was fine. The music wasn't too load so that we could talk. It was a pleasant evening but nothing outstanding to recommend. Probably a good place for large office group meals. Enjoy

Went in with a buddy expecting a dive with hopefully better service than a place such as Le Cage des Sports and I got far more than expected. What received me is firstly a young energetic polity little lady in a micro skirt more than willing to seat me at some great booths. What really caught my attention? The 80+ screens all over the place. Mind you some of these were kinda overkill and the quality of them weren't the best I've seen but it was an impressive display. The service in general was exceptional for this type of place with this type of volume of clients. We were greeted by another charming little lady and beers were ordered, we got them mere minutes later. I felt like a big burger. Our food order was then taken and received WITHIN 15 MINUTES. Are you reading this Cage of Sports? A burger shouldn't take over an hour to provide to your clients! On top of it all, it was delicious with a fantastic moist bun that in general hit the spot. The rest of the night things well well with refills and I enjoyed watching the Habs lose once again. The price tag is decent as well. My only complaint about this place is the parking, their lot is far too small and in winter it can be a bit of a FUBAR. All in all, will visit again.

The place was half empty (strange for a big sunny day during summer but it was like that everywhere). The service was exactly like it always been, very slow. I wasn't the only one wondering where it was. The first time we saw him was for the drink, about 15 min after sitting. He came back about 15 minutes later with the drinks and we ordered a nacho to share among us. Once, the nacho arrived, we ate it. And then waited another 15 minutes for someone to clean the table. We haven't ordered the main course yet. Took another 10 min to order. And once we ate, we didn't see it at all. We asked for the bill when he came back about 30 min after we finished eating. So yeah, service is bad as usual. I remember that in the past, to get good service, we had to sit at the bar. As for the food. The food here is ok. If you like flamekeuche you'll probably like it. I ordered a 3b burge which is a burger with meat cooked with beer sauce. It wasn't bad, could taste the beer in the beef which is good. It was properly cooked and garnish. I'm just unsure for the price tag on it versus all offering near. A friend took the double smash burger. There was one big meat party, nearly as big as mine. But we could see the sauce oozing which is nice. She did like it, but it wasn't a smash. Compared to the smash I had at another location (was a real smash but looked nothing lime what she got), this was a better burger for sure. It did give me the idea to order it from here. The ambiance is typical of a sports bar pub restaurant. Lots of tv, when there's an event you got the audio. It is a nice place to lounge.

No more wonderful steak Philly on the Friday. Most of what was offered on that daily menu is permanently gone. They added many different poutine that actually existed before but part of a secret menu you could learn from their social network page. Some starter too. They change the recipe of some of the food. The Mac N cheese is now more creamier and the cheese is more present and flavourful. I never had it by itself, but in the poutine Mac TeX, it's a miss for me. It used to be the poutine I always take when I go there, poutine Mac TeX. Tried it 4 times already since the switch, always the same and I don't like it unfortunately. Maybe others don't. From the post they made on Instagram stating that it was now creamier due to popular demand, I guess that's how people like it. But I think people was taking it by itself and not into a poutine (I never see much people eating a mac te when I'm there). Also the new Mac N cheese on the Mac TeX make it you taste nothing except the creamy liquid cheese from the Mac N cheese, nothing else. I normally add the homemade steak sauce available on the table in the poutine and when I tried it with the new recipe, it wasn't good. I also trie the dirty Poutine. I totally forgot what it is. There's like 2 sauce, I think it's meat sauce? Sorry I really forget. It was good, but about half way through, I was done with the taste just like the current Mac TeX. I still finished it though. Again, it's not bad, everyone has different taste and I started by liking it. I had the same experience when eating the smashburger poutine after eating a smash burger. Don't do it, take either one, not both unless your really into the taste of smashburger cause that's the only thing you taste. Last time I went, I took again the smashburger double cheese and bacon, a must for me, and I took a regular poutine. First time in what, 2 years and at least 30 visit that I take the regular one. It was good. I do miss my og Mac TeX but it's a good replacement. The bonus is it cost about 10$ less and fill less, so I was able to take something off the desert menu for the first time. I toon the chocolate cake and it was very good. The service is always good when I go there. It might be a bit a miss when it's overbooked specially if your table is hidden In a corner (happened a bit in the past). The only reason I bring from 5 to 4 stars is only because I prefered the old menu and old recipe. I did talk to a staff last time about the Mac TeX recipe and was told sometime it's because of new chef. I guess he wasn't aware that the recipe actually change, he did seemed new since I hadn't seen him before. I'll talk to jack or one of the owner last time, not to bad mouth, simply to have feedback from customer on the menu.

The place is very small, there's 4 table for 4 persons and 2 bar style section where you sit on a stool for about 6 persons. Staff blast personal music through a Bluetooth speaker. Order take from 5 to 10 minutes to arrived. So it's not fast food as you order and you have it, but it's not table service either. It is not cheap. I was thinking it would cost less. A chicken burker 16$, drink and fries 4.50, poutine instead of fries 4$. 4 chicken strip with buns, 2 sauce and fries, 20$. Total of 50$ with taxes. No I didn't leave any tips, it's not table service or delivery. Staff was nice. As for the food. The chicken mozzarella burger. Big thick chicken with a good chunk of mozzarella. Really good chunk of cheese. But the chicken is as smooshy, not a great feeling. But it's a big burger. As for the poutine, it's also a big good plate, lots of sauce. I suggest starting with it unless you like saugy fries. We found the sauce and fries salt leaking, making it a milder poutine with a sub taste. The hot cheestos chicken tender were very thin. Red hot is suppose to be hot, I think it's the regular tender but in red hot batter or something. Wasn't hot for me. I too the spicy sauce and crusty. The tender wasn't really tender, again squeeshy and felt like left over chicken from 2 days ago. Didn't felt fresh. Regular normal sauce, nothing out of the ordinary. Came with a coleslaw that were also blend. This place remind me of jack le coq. In the end, I won't be coming back. I wish we had a chicken guy, it's so much better.
