Cesar called me within minutes, it was late Friday and all the other local repair places were closed until Monday. I took it over and he had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 1 hour! Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall.
