I moved into these apartments in November 2015 and signed a one year lease. Since moving in, we have had bugs, our hallway has flooded multiple times, and most recently, the ceiling in the bathroom has been leaking. When we asked them to come spray for bugs, we were told by the office manager that we would have to wait another week until they came out and sprayed because that's when they were originally scheduled to come out anyway. She told us they would come out to spray three different times and we needed to lock our dogs up so that they could come over. They didn't show up any of those three times. When we confronted them about the hallway flooding, they told us that we probably weren't shutting the curtain on our shower all the way and water was probably getting out from there. Two weeks later, it flooded again and we were told that's why linoleum was put in this apartment before we moved in, instead of the carpet that was previously there and that they lady there before us had this problem also. We asked for a credit or to be reimbursed to replace all the items in my bathroom and hallway that had been damaged and they told us the best they could do would be to credit our rent 50.00. When we told them about the leaking ceiling, we were told it was just a lose pipe and that had been replaced. About a week later, it started again, and they told us that it was the tenants' above us, who's child spilled water out of the bathtub. About a month later, it started leaking again, leaving my ceiling so soggy that there are now holes in the ceiling. When I relayed this to them, they put a metal plate over the holes. My point being the problem was never actually fixed. I will never suggest these apartments to anyone. In fact, I'd probably deter them from moving here. I've known people who have lived here that have no problems at all. Unfortunately, I've had enough to make up for it. read more
