This place is a gem for a delicious 5-star dining experience. My husband made a reservation in case the 4th of July was busy but we were glad to be one of two groups dining around 3pm. Greeted and seated almost immediately. We had a friendly and polite lady server (Chastity). We ordered garlic cheese bread, chai tea latte, matcha latte, filet mignon well done, braised rib, and ribeye medium well. While we waited for our food, we were looking at the art on the walls - a lot of interesting pieces from a local gallery. The teas and garlic cheese bread arrived around 5 minutes later. The cheese on the garlic bread was exceptionally good, very smooth. The teas were strong, and thankfully not super small like other places. The entrees arrived about 20 minutes after the bread which gave us time to catch up and talk. My husband's filet mignon was just to his liking, well done so zero pink and the mashed potatoes were done well. My braised rib was exactly like the waitress description of a very soft roast beef / beef brisket. My FIL's ribeye was to his liking and he finished it, which was rare. All in all an terrific choice for family lunch. Total was about $185, excluding a generous tip. We would come back for a date here :)

Upon sitting down, we struck up a conversation with a couple who were waiting on two other couples. They apparently have a standing "breakfast date" at Live Fire every Sunday morning. My wife ordered an omelet served with breakfast potatoes and artisan bread and I ordered a classic breakfast with scrambled eggs, potatoes and artisan bread. Breakfast was very good. What stood out to us was how fluffy the eggs were and how savory both the potatoes and artisan bread were. All we could think was how this feels like breakfast elevated to another level...not the usual breakfast fare. We will surely be back and perhaps try their lunch and dinner offerings the next time we're back.

I wanted to try The Fiery Chef since I've read the reviews and I had seen that they deliver. The food looks simply amazing as well. What is great about The Fiery Chef is that he cooks and bakes the Classic American diet but he has plenty for keto, paleo, whole30, Flex, Gluten Free, Vegan, Meals and well desserts of these nature too ! Plus they do catering and have bulk options available for you. For me this speaks to me and says yes I want your business and the fact that they know what they are doing is incredible. I looked up the menu just out of curiosity and when I needed a couple of desserts I said let's just see what we think and go from here and my these do not disappoint! After these pictures were taken a couple of hours later they were both gone! His meals have great eye appeal, contain healthy ingredients and have been delicious. Best of all, Chef Walter suggests a meal plan, does the shopping, prepares three meals that are easy for me to reheat and get on the table with minimal fuss, and leaves my kitchen spotless. After some back-and-forth with several prospects, I decided to go with Chef Walter Busconi Lage or "Chef of the World" as he bills himself. He created a few different menus based on our preferred cuisines and we worked together to mix and match some of the elements of each to come to a three-course meal I knew we'd both enjoy. Arriving promptly at 4pm for a 6pm service, he was very friendly and accommodating. Chef Walter brought all of the necessary equipment to perform his craft, and right around 6pm we sat down to our first course of a goat cheese souffle. Impossibly light and rich at the same time, it was a fantastic starter. It came with some mixed greens on the side that were dressed with a flavorful vinaigrette. Our entree was surf and turf: bison ribeye with lobster, served with potatoes dauphinoise and asparagus in an orange zest hollandaise. The bison was cooked to perfection, with a delicious compound butter that helped with the natural leanness of bison. The potatoes were rich and yielding, and the asparagus was tender but still with a nice snap and the creamy hollandaise made it a joy to eat. The one miss on this course was the lobster, which was overly soft and didn't add much to the plate. For dessert we were served a cognac creme brulee with whipped topping. This was the best creme brulee I've ever eaten; the hint of cognac really set off the other flavors and it was not overly sweet. While not inexpensive, Chef Walter is a man who knows his craft. He was friendly, hospitable, punctual, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to work with him again in the future.

We visited for the first time yesterday and it's like a wonderland of Italian imported bakery items, olive oils, pasta and so much more! It was Italy transported to this delicatessen! Maria made our Italian paninis and, by far, they were the best we've ever had: made on fresh focaccia and absolutely out of this world Italian meats and pesto. We also had the homemade potato salad and it was also the best we've had and my almond cake (part custard, part cake) was heavenly! I am wanting to try their hot dishes next: lasagna, chicken parmigiana and more. My own Nonna was resurrected with this food. We were also helped by Rosini and Maria shared with me that her daughter Rosaria also is part owner. I would highly recommend anyone living in this region to take the drive here. It IS an Italian Wonderland of Foods. It's got a couple of tables so take-out is an option but we ate in. What a joy this deli was for us. Maria cooks with both love AND only the best ingredients. And you can 100% tell with the passion for food that she exudes when you talk to her. This, by far, has been my favorite experience with Italian fare since I moved from Miami to Citrus County in 2016. Yes, it's worth the hour drive for me. For sure and for certain... This is a must for anyone having a passion for Italian food: fresh, delicious and so very flavorful. Blessings to you, Maria and crew, for bringing us culinary joy yesterday with many more to come.
