Roca's is literally maybe two miles away from RU Campus. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and sat down. The table was attached to a window and there were a few ants crawling around. We simply just killed them and moved on. It took nearly 10 mins for the server to come take our drink orders and another 5 minutes to actually get our drinks. They were not crowded at all.
