My friends and I came on a late Saturday night. We were happily surprised to see a line of other customers already here. Their business is much deserved for all of their hard work. It was my first time trying a Colombian hot dog and I was not disappointed. It's huge and topped with pineapple, coleslaw, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and crushed potato chips. It may sound overboard but your tastebuds will be over the moon happy. We also got a few empanadas, fried cheese sticks (palitos?), and a few other grab n go items especially since it was down pouring that night. Definitely will be coming again!

If you speak Spanish here it's a plus but otherwise the food is very good I get sandwiches it's a lot of handheld food.. burritos tacos sandwiches and little appetizers chicharron salami and other things definitely they're open late night if you're ever hungry that I think till 2:00 a.m.

Late night food run! We arrived Boston @ 12:30am & checked into the airport hotel by 2am but was hungry. Drove around & except for a few Chinese Takeout places, this place was it. So we had the cheese steak (I think) & the roast beef. With sodas it was $17. The place was packed with locals at 2am & we all had to wait. It was worth it. Food is 4/5 but the price! Outstanding. The neighborhood is sketchy so put on you tough but friendly face & be a little load.

There food is good but mad expensive especially in a suburban area they barely give you napkins or if u ask for sauce they only give you like what is this Burger King oh sir unfortunately we only can give one sauce if want another one is gonna cost money I didn't bother putting nothing on the tip jar honestly was the point there taxing like crazy I been to other hispanic. Restaurant I pay way less and get more food then what I get here don't get me started on the drinks just go to a nearby family dollar or dollar tree and pay for a bigger drink and paying double of barely a drink and a full cup of ice I'm straight

Perfectly crunchy outside, gooey and hot inside! Great chicken turnovers.

Happened upon this place while in East Boston and hungry enough for a snack. First time I tried food here it was raining heavily as I was hungry. As soon as you step in you're staring head-on with a delicious selection of hot and ready foods. Of course there are menu items to be ordered but all the fried treats in the window are almost too good to pass by. There's usually a line, and that's always a good sign. Hungry patrons crowd the dining hall to the left as the smell of their perfectly seasoned plates send salivating sensations wafting to the order-line to seduce soon to be satisfied customers. Beef empanadas are tender and juicy inside while the chicken turnovers are crisp, crunchy and golden brown and perfectly gooey inside... All for a few dollars. Food here is definitely fresh and done right. Recently I had takeout on a cooler day and nearly 20 minutes later it was still steaming hot. You're greeted by warm smiles and hometown hospitality. Their quick and friendly service is just right for a busy city like Boston. -Could not ask for more-

The eggs, arepa with cheeses, and beans is amazing! And for $7, it's a win win.

Chicharron was great. - Arepa: looks like a tortilla, so not the typical thick arepas I'm used to. So felt like I paid $8 just for a tortilla and small block of cheese - Tostones con guacamole: I prefer my tostones to be crispier, but they had great taste. - Cazuela de Mariscos: Great flavor. I put it on top of rice and enjoyed it with the other food, otherwise too heavy/dense on it's own. I didn't enjoy the mussels (I love mussels). They were too gritty.

Doesn't have that rough Spanish restaurant vibe you sometimes get in Chelsea or East Boston. Much more upscale. People like that. The servers were very nice. Helpful, attentive, really great. Now, the runner who brought the food didn't seem to be in the best mood. That's alright. It happens. Prices were decent. The menu offers a lot, from full Colombian appetizers to full meals. Even has a kids section. My son ordered chicken wings and French fries. The chicken wings were delicious, juicy, perfectly done. For appetizers we had fried cheese with pineapple sauce and fried plantain with shrimp in a criollo sauce. Delicious, really fantastic. My wife ordered the sancocho de res, and she totally enjoyed it. I ordered a mixed plate with white rice, beans, tostones, onions, peppers, beef, and shrimp. Absolutely incredible. The tres leches was also terrific. Very well done. But then a group of six rowdy individuals came in. Completely destroyed the nice, chill mood. Total disaster. They were animals, folks. Total animals. Loud, obnoxious, so bad that a table of people actually decided to move completely outside just to get away from them. That's how disruptive they were. At that point, an employee should have stepped in and said, "We're glad you're enjoying yourselves, but there are others here trying to enjoy their meals too." It was out of control. Overall, a strong 4.6 stars.
