Good place to grab some cheap empanadas and other foods. And despite being cheap, the quality and flavor is wonderful! I also appreciate how they care about cleanliness.

I have been to virtually every Colombian restaurant in Rhode Island . I have a list of my fav . This one I haven't been to before, it seems to be on the border of central falls and Cumberland but it's still isn't far from dexter st . I drove quite a while to get here To start , I was surprise at how busy it was , to me that was a good sign. They take credit cards and parking is ample , you can find space in the front of bakery or in the back. They serve quick dishes , I had el calentado de Res , and it was really good. I also saw they have lunch menu and other stuff in the menu. Coffee was okay . I have only found two Colombian restaurant that make great coffee . Their juice isn't natural like I had the mango juice It didn't come stray from a mango. All in all, this places is really good .

**Accept debit cards** Why doesn't this place have more reviews? The place needs to be on your bookmark! Too many good things to say: Pros: They offer hot food items such as pastelitos, potatoes balls, sausages, Columbian baked goodies, AREPAS. Option to dine in. Food: Steak is well seasonsed and packed with so much flavor and AREPA is probaly the best I've ever had. For breakfast options,  you can get scrambled eggs with arepas or Steak with Arepas. Kinda limited if you're looking for smaller options. Check out my photo! My breakfast was only $5.68! Service: Fast and friendly. Dined in once for breakfast. And what can I say?!? All you need is $10 or less and it goes a long way. The dollar is strong here y'all. The waitresses are friendly and super helpful especially when I can't pronounce anything right or figure out what I want to eat. Atmosphere: Clean and homey. No matter how early - there's always Colombian music on the TV screens and the customers that come and go are always wearing big smiles. I've dined here by myself and can confidently say, YOU MUST STOP BY!"

My current favorite Colombian spot in Rhode Island. I looooove arepa de choclo, and Cafe Colombia not only sells arepa de choclo, it is also the least expensive version for good quality I've found so far in Rhode Island. It also has THE best chicharron when it's fresh. This place is a total hole in the wall with hard bench table seating similar to fast food places and is not fancy at all. Bakery goods, breakfast and lunch is the main draw bc the food is mainly cafeteria style. Each time I've visited the patrons have been majority Colombian/Spanish. I love little cultural dives like this, it's so good and affordable! The only thing preventing me from giving this place 5 stars is the slow service when I'm in a rush. Otherwise this has been one of my secret gluttony spots in Northern Rhode Island. Definitely worth a drive for some good cheap homey Colombian eats.

Cafe Colombia chicharrones...crunchy, bacony, and yummy!

Consistently good. Best empanadas around. Using the menu to order helps if you don't speak Spanish.

Food is good but service is terrible. Servers mumble and drag the food out! Don't expect much from service when you come.

I love that they have the white corn arepas and the arepas de Choclo you can buy to prepare at home.

I go…read moreby here every morning in my way to work around 7:00 am and it is always packed, today was no exception but knowing I wanted to experience this place for myself I left a bit earlier for work. Parking can be challenging especially seeing this restaurant runs on Lonsdale Ave a busy street in itself. The line was out the door and that's where I stood waiting patiently. The love moves at a decent pace. Here finally my turn and I honestly had no clue what to expect or what they even really sold but I was hoping they had anything that contained ham and cheese and they did, Brad with ham and cheese for $3.50 I was surprised that was all. They do gave finger foods, drinks coffee and fruit drinks, breads, pastries of many sorts. I was tempted to get a pastry but I stayed focused. The bread was actually good and tasted fresh they only concern which was a big one for me was that there was hardly any ham and cheese in it and I mean like barely none. I could have actually went with just bread as that's what I felt I received. Would I return maybe especially if I am in mood for something g sweet as the variety was plenty to choose from. There is a sit down area on both sides of the restaurant with one big screen tv. This place seems more of a grab and go type establishment. They open at 5:00am and close at I believe 9:00 pm

I don't speak much Spanish so used to get intimidated going into order but the food is just so good, it was worth every trip. Great news is that they just got an online ordering platform! You can order right online for pick up and bypass the long line out the door. The place is always busy but worth the wait, I would definitely suggest ordering online if you are in a rush. They don't have much parking but I always somehow find street parking. It's a very casual place with cafeteria style seating. I get the chicken with potato empanadas, beef empanadas, with their homemade hot sauce. They also have a ton of pastries. All homemade DELICIOUS!

This place is massive, with lots of tables to dine in, and a bakery section. We ordered the following: Mondongo (pequeño), bandeja paisa, lengua sudada, and res apanada. The food came out in about 20 minutes. The serving sizes were a little bigger than normal (I am not complaining), every plate looked delicious, and all the plates were hot and fresh. The mondongo was tasty and had a good amount of tripe and the right thickness of the broth. I chuckled when I saw the side of banana, but honestly, it made for a good desert. The bandeja paisa brings a litte bit of everything and it all was cooked well. The lengua sudada was very tender and flavorful and the yucca was soft, with the sauce it was in giving it a really good flavor. The res apanada was a bit tough and the breading did not stick on too well, but overall the flavor was good and the breading was crispy which I enjoyed. The best part of it all was the prices. It is very affordable and you will leave full.   The bakery is inexpensive and the items I have tried and good. They do have a large parking lot and it's free. While in the area, you could visit the Slater Mill (they have tours you could sign up for) or visit the public library. One thing to note is that the GPS might bring you to their old location a couple blocks up the street, so do a little bit of research for the address beforehand.

The plantains were delicious, and the rice was nicely cooked as well. I was less impressed with the fish. It was ok, but was too deeply fried such that the meat was tough. I am also used to having some sort of spice or other sauce on the side to accompany and add to the fish if I want to spice it up - at least that's what I have gotten at every other restaurant where I have bought a whole fish. But alas, no such luck here. I was also disappointed with the presentation. While the rice and plantains were nicely placed in a to go container, instead of going the same for the fish it was simply wrapped in foil and placed inside a paper bag. Because we eat with our eyes (and nose) well before the food touches our taste buds, this wasn't great. Oh well...
